The location and the complimentary use of a golf cart shuttle was very convenient. The front desk was very pleasant as was the valet who held our luggage until we were ready to leave. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus.

Needing to ask for housekeeping to come in for our stay was a bit off putting. Since COVID housekeeping has changed, but in other places I have stayed you had a door hanger to let the staff know whether or not you wanted them to come in - let awkward and no contact.

I liked the location of the Hotel, it was in good Walking distance to Bars and other attractions. The Staff were very nice, Rooms were very clean and Bed was comfy. There is a Sports Bar at this Location and it is Very nice with Good music and drinks..

I did Not like being charged for Parking, There is self-parking in front of the Hotel but the Rates are suppose to be 4$ per hr. But the machine was giving different Rates each Day. For one full day I paid 43.00 just to park and another day I paid 28.00. Holiday Inn wouldn't not validate the parking ticket, even though I was staying at the Hotel. I parked in the parking deck just to Unload my things to my Room and the time was 1hr.09 minutes and I was charged 23.00 dollars. VALET was 56.00 p/night. Overall everything was Nice except I should've Been warned about parking Downtown and the Fees.

The location was great, within 10 minute walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The lobby bar is great and has a good happy hour deal.

When we arrived, they put us in a room in a section of the hotel where there was major water damage a few nights prior, and there were many large fans drying the space, our room was dirty, wet, musty, and uncomfortable. We ended up complaining and they moved us, but we still shouldn’t have been put there to begin with. The pool is also extremely small and looked green/not very clean, and so all our plans to lounge by the pool were thwarted as we did not feel comfortable going in.

Exceptional centrally located facility ideal for all of my needs

I had a box delivered to me to me at the hotel. The UPS delivery ticket stated that it had been delivered to the dock with a solid delivery time. for two days I checked with the personnel at the desk who repeatedly stated that it had not been delivered. After an exhaustive investigation at the UPS office, I decided to talk to one of the valets and asked him if would kindly check the dock. He did so and the box was finally delivered to me. Thank you to that valet who took the time to do a proper search for this box on the dock and saved the day.

The price of parking was ridiculous

The hotel is in a great location downtown and within walking distance of ‘The Country Music Hall of Fame’ (about two blocks) and Broadway (about 4 blocks). The foyer of the hotel is beautiful. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel with valet service. The room was gorgeous and quite big. The bed was very comfortable.

The description of the hotel is a little misleading, as it is not directly on Broadway and you still have to walk about four blocks to get there. This was our first time in Nashville and we thought the hotel would be a lot closer than it actually was. The faucet in the bathroom was so low and close to the side of the sink that you can’t get your hands underneath to wash them. We’ve never seen anything like it. The walk-in shower was poorly designed and the water kept running into the bathroom and room making it quite slippery. We would have liked more breakfast options. The restaurant had a very limited dinner menu.

Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was fine for what we required. The room was a good size, decor was really nice! very useful having the onsite laundry. Although we only made it once, happy hour was great. Having access to water on the floor was really good and also the pastries and coffee on the floor each morning was a nice surprise. All of the staff were really helpful and happy.

The location was perfect, right in downtown. I also enjoyed that they did a happy hour. The price was good for where it was. The Room itself was spacious. I also liked when we had a wifi issue they sent someone up almost immediately to fix it.

The situation with the valet parking was sort of confusing. Like the messaging system wasn't working for half the time. We would text and either they wouldn't get it, or the message wouldn't go through. They sent us other links, but those wouldn't work either. They said they were having issues with other guests too.

Room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our safe wasn't working when we arrived but it was fixed promptly. We appreciated getting a free drink at happy hour at the bar for being a resident.

You had to ask to have your room cleaned so we asked half way through our trip for ours to be attended to. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned which left us short for additional toilet roll, tissues and hand soap. I would have expected better service for the price.

The property was great. Nice amenities, good restaurant and bar. Everyone was very nice and helpful but the valet was the best! So friendly! I wish I could remember his name…started w. “D” but he was extremely nice/friendly and it is because of him I’m writing this review! Can’t wait to visit this place the next time we’re in Nashville

My one and only mild complaint would be the location wasn’t as close as hoped but even that was not a big deal
