We really liked the breakfast. Almost every food option was available to eat. Many choices. We also liked the location being close to the Bridgestone stadium. We came to Nashville for a concert, and we walked to all the bars that were close. We got lucky and had an absolutely beautiful day to walk.

The mirror in our room had hardly any light. The entire bathroom was not lit up properly. Trying to put make up on was quite the challenge. We also don't like having to pay for the parking. The price of the hotel should include free parking. Just a way to make extra money out of people. Very aggravating.

The breakfast was great. The staff was great and very helpful for my daughter. She enjoyed her stay as well. The soap, shampoo and conditioner, and soap products were a good one. I looked into my own purchase of them. And the aesthetic of the turf around the pool was a nice feature. And I enjoyed the fitness center. Thank you for the water and towels. Not to leave out the security and consistent use of our keys. All of the games, entertainment, fruit, coffee,candy what am I missing.

There wasn't enough room between the bathroom door and sink drawer. The facial soap bar stuck to the glass plate. It was glued.

Perfect location, nice happy helpful staff, best breakfast ever, so much to eat and so many options, cute hot chocolate bar and awesome guest area with pool table, foosball table and shuffle table plus music and a little cute store on site! This is so far THE BEST Home2suites Hotel we’ve been to! I already bragged about it to our family and friends and my dad who was visiting from Brazil was super impressed with the quality of the breakfast served! Oh and the garage is a plus; super safe and only guests can come in

Everything about this hotel was awesome

Liked having a full kichen and refrigerator, beds were comfortable, no noise , shower was worth it. Asked for more towels and got them fast.

After, 12 hours of driving had to stop at 3 different hiltons before I was given the correct address as listed on the street as Rev lewis way south. Took 2 additional hours to get to your hotel. The additional delay was due to traffic and accidents nearby.

Very comfortable bed and bedding, great aircon, good location for music city, Broadway etc. Nice lobby with useful shop, games etc.

I really don’t understand why the breakfast is served with disposable plates, cutlery etc. it makes no sense to claim to be green/environmentally conscious, and not to wash up breakfast items. This is especially bizarre when each room has kitchen items and a dishwasher! The environmental impact is huge, with plastic cutlery, plastic juice cups, throw away coffee cups with lids etc.. Very little sound proofing meant I could hear the elevator each time it made a sound to say it had arrived which was super annoying.

The lobby and amenities were great! Excellent breakfast with tons of options. Cute and colorful decor in the rooms.

The air conditioner was leaking so the floor in front of it stayed soaked. We didn’t notice it until we were getting ready for bed and stepped in it but it was still soaked the next morning when we got out of bed so I’m assuming it’s been leaking for a while

Spacious lobby, location, staff

Bathroom door was way way too close to the toilet, almost impossible to maneuver around in the washroom. We liked the outdoor patio however one bbq didn’t work the entire week we were there, and the opposite sink didn’t work either the entire time. We did call staff to check it for us as well. Also black granite countertops in a place that gets as hot as Nashville is a bad design, we could not use the countertops for anything. Could not place the food or dishes as everything either partially cooked or melted from the heat.

Close to convention meetings.

Room rate did not change to final 2 quest rate due to third party rules I was told by hotel. Arrangements were made a year ahead and the other 4 could not attend due to work obligations. I was not aware of this at the time and thought we would be charge the 2 quest room rate. Also there was a $50 / day fee we were not aware of that occur. No portal assistance available to help unload car.

The breakfast was great. They had plenty to offer including make your own waffles, pancakes with lots of toppings. Also had eggs, sausage, fruits, yogurt, cereal, etc.

We enjoyed everything. The only thing we were taken back was they didn't allow us to purchase food/drink during 4pm check in because they were busy and we were told we would have to come back to buy even though it was a 24/7 market. This policy should change as a paying guest that waits their turn should be able to quickly purchase a couple waters/snacks.

Very clean. Spacious room. Quieter than staying closer to Broadway, but only 5 blocks away. Staff were helpful.

No fan in bathroom, therefore it remained steamy and wet. No safe.
