Good location and fabulous beds. The rooms are well equipped and have some great high tech lighting systems

The roof top pool and bar enforced a minimum spend for using the day beds and tables, the loungers are available on a first come first serves basis. This means that the pool isn’t really a guest service but rather a party venue because at such a high level of enforcements spend you are only going to use it if you are in for the day.

This was our second visit to Virgin Hotels in Nashville.. and we’ll be back next year again.

Surprisingly very little sound insulation especially to the hallway .. and bathrooms 😅the sink water also had a bit of a musky smell.

The hotel rooms, staff, bar areas and pool were fabulous. Location was near enough to walk to Broadway and at the same time far away enough to enjoy the quieter bars at Music Row, which are much better value for money. Nearby the very nice neighbourhood of The Gulch also.

Rooms were not cleaned until very late in the day (between 4pm and 7pm) and when they were it was a very quick change of towels, making beds and cleaning toilet and shower. Sinks were not cleaned and floors were only swept in areas - no vacuuming or mopping. Paying over £250 a night this was pretty poor. Also no showering facilities at the pool area!

We loved the room! It was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Valet and front desk employees were fantastic, helpful, and so welcoming! Overall very pleasant experience.

Not very family friendly at the pool. Went up to the pool mid week in the middle of the day with my kids (7 and 14) barely made it through the doors and I was stopped by an employee. She asked to see my wristbands and told me the pool was 21+. States this was mentioned on the sign outside and she was just following the rules. I decided to leave as I didn’t feel like we were welcome and nowhere on the sign did it mention 21+. They provided my kids with the wristbands for the pool at check in and it is for all ages but definitely not a welcoming environment for kids. We did end up going the next morning and there were only 2 people there and it was a better experience. But something to keep in mind if going with kids.

Everything about the hotel was superb, the restaurant/bar/cafe in the lobby of the hotel were a greart way to start the day or start the evening before heading into town. great variety of products. The pool on the top of the hotel had great views and had a great party atmosphere across the course of our stay.

There is supposedly a speakeasy in the basement of the hotel, and we didn't know about that until the end of our stay. would have loved to have gone down there...

Everyone was very nice and respectful and very polite. The facility was very clean.

Was not told there was a $300 deposit per room and that it cost $55 to park your car at the hotel that you’re already paying. Therefore, you have to pay an additional $55 a night and if you want to use the pool, you have to reserve. Most of the seats which are very expensive must be reserved or it’s first come first serve. be prepared to spend a lot of money here

I requested an early check in prior to my arrival due to an important work meeting I had scheduled and the team was able to meet my request. Also at check out, the staff was extra helpful with holding my bags for a few hours, remembering my name and bags when it was time for me to leave. They also had a car waiting for me to get to the airport.

I thought that the pool was overly crowded and I didn’t like that aspect. It’s not big to begin with so, I wanted to use it but didnt feel comfortable. Maybe access could be better managed for those who are not staying at the hotel as guests.

Because it was close to everything

I didn't like the check in girl who first check me in Friday 21st didn't know what she was doing get to my room couldn't get in had to walk back to desk twice so the 3rd time went to a different lady and she fix the problem with no problem. I wish I had remembered the 1st girl name. Also parking was to high per night had to park across the street in parking deck instead of hotel garage because across the street was way cheaper.

My wife and I celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary in Nashville, and reserved a standard king room. Upon arrival, the Virgin hotel staff gave us an upgrade to the Grand King Suite with a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us in our room. The Virgin hotel is very luxurious with many upscale amenities. Every staff member we met was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The staff at this hotel went out of their way to make our stay very memorable.

The fact that I didn't stay longer. I won't make that mistake again.
