Rooms were exceptionally quiet...very clean..ample towels....staff from sign in to sign out, very courteous...helpful with directions ...even staff that were coming and going in the hallways, the elevators or outside were so nice and greeted us with a smile and a " good morning/ good afternoon/have a great day etc".. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We only stayed one night, but if circumstances arose that we needed to stay longer, without a doubt, we would choose this location.

If I "HAD" to knit pick...my husband was a little disappointed there were no biscuits or gravy...but I think you had a good selection for breakfast...a wide variety of refreshments.

I was in Lynchburg, VA, to graduate from Liberty University. As soon as I walked in, the decor was amazing—it was set up for all the graduates! It made me feel special. Breakfast was fantastic, and we had a little bit of everything. I walked away with a full, caffeinated belly. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Lack of internet. There wasn't a daily hotel clean up, so my trash piled up. The room's cans were very small. Rooms didn't have any decor on the walls. Maybe hang some pictures of Lynchburg's beautiful mountains and gorgeous green trees. Sine Liberty University tends to be the main focus of the town, having some Liberty University decor would also make guests feel more accepted.

Open floor plan in the lobby with unique Lynchburg artwork. Market area with microwave, board games, plenty of seating, and foosball in the lobby area. Lobby, rooms, and the bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen in the Hilton hotels. The bathroom shower was all white and perfectly clean. Great for quick or weekend stays.

This hotel is good for a quick stay but not one that I would choose for an extended stay.

I checked in late at night and found the night staff kind and friendly. This hotel's location is great: near the airport, retail & restaurant corridor, and Liberty University. The parking lot was a bit tight to navigate with my truck, but there were enough available spots available at the adjacent hotel for me to get a spot that was easy to navigate.

The comforter on the bed wasn't as thick as I've had in other hotels. So, I slept in my jacket.

Modern hotel built about 3 years ago , so all in good order clean and spacious public areas , rooms good not big but good size , fridge etc shower was powerful though took time to get warm , wasting a lot of water , handy access though could do with some signage not all of us are enslaved by the GPS . very close by to multiple shops and diners of all kinds . Rooms are spotless the house keepers do a really good job

All good , pillows here better than many other hotels still small but more supportive beds comfy but annoying Frame bruised shins .

The breakfast options of the fresh blueberries and chocolate chips for the pancakes were very appreciated! We stayed at another Tru next in Leland NC and the options were very slim. The shower in our room was very clean which was welcomed because usually the bottom floor of the showers look like they don't get scrubbed. Hotel was very clean

Loved the staff. Everyone was just happy to be there to help. Everything looked clean and well maintained. Even in the am the guys working cleaning lobby where super friendly. I think some places we stay at the staff tends to ignore you. But not here everyone ask me how I was doing?.

The fridge in our room didn’t work. I forgot to tell them at checkout. I put drinks in there thinking they would be cold when I got back. I’m not one to complain. I know things happen. I just grab three buckets of ice. Which where handy done stairs. Cleaned and stacked. Along with some cups that where wrapped in plastic.👍

We only spent on night at Tru on our travels back up north from Florida, but would have gladly stayed longer. We were greeted on our arrival by Rocky who was so nice and helpful. You would have thought the hotel had just opened, the rooms were so beautiful and clean, for this price point it is EXCEPTIONAL. it was close enough to a mall with many restaurants that we were able to walk to get dinner, so we didn’t have to get back in the car after our long drive. breakfast in the morning was pretty good. definitely stay here

I thought from the pictures there was an on-site restaurant. but there are plenty of local places

The staff was beyond quick and friendly. You didn’t leave your room without seeing at least two or more members of the staff who all greeted me and made sure I was satisfied with my stay. The room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Very modern and fully updated. There were lots of nice conveniences like a rolling desk to move around the room, tons of outlets and USB ports all around, multiple sources of light everywhere, full body mirror with lighting, a shaded curtain with an additional blackout option, multiple benches and stools, ect. I know it’s a strange plus, but I was glad they had a towel rack on both the outside and inside the shower door for a place to put your washcloth to dry as well as the option to keep your towel inside and dry off before opening the shower door and letting cool air in ect. The breakfast was top tier and hot with a large variety of options ! I loved everything about my stay and didn’t want to leave.

It’s location was perfect. It is located in an area away from the noise of the main roads and the airport, but close enough to the shopping area. I also loved how large the room was and the staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.
