Came in very early morning. Was able to get checked in right away. Concierge was very helpful and gracious. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Nice facilities although I didn’t stay long I was pleased. I really enjoyed having the shuttle available to me, it made my stay convenient until I could get my rental car. One thing I would fix is to have someone to alert the front desk if they step away rather than standing there waiting. Another thing is the guy who runs the lunch counter walked past with a large empty trash can and it was very disgusting inside. Maybe use a water hose or something to clean it out. However a pleasant stay overall and I would stay again.

It was good experience. There had blocked some amount at the time of check in. Hope they will refund that amount. During checkout paid the amount using some other card

The convenience of being close to the airport and the Airport Shuttle.. Everything was good . The rooms, cleanliness, bedding and even to go breakfast. I will stay there again if the opportunity comes up.

I felt bad for the afternoon/evening Shuttle driver. She took time for her lunch but they needed to give her back up. Many people stacked up waiting and with only 1 van everyone didn't fit causing further delay getting to the hotel. Tempers were up but the poor driver was doing her best and definitely needed back up.

We had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, and one of the highlights was the daily breakfast. Though not complimentary (we paid to have breakfast in our booking) The food was consistently fresh, well-prepared, and a perfect way to start the day. What truly made the experience special, though, was the exceptional service from Roberto. Every morning, he greeted us warmly with a smile and genuine hospitality. He remembered our orders from previous days and made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers passing through. His attention to detail and personal touch really stood out and made our mornings even better. Thank you to Roberto and the entire team for such a welcoming and memorable experience!

There were a few mix-ups with the timing and service of housekeeping during our stay, but the front desk staff was quick to help resolve the issue. They were responsive and courteous, and everything was sorted out without much hassle.

The burrito wasn’t edible — way over cooked to the point I couldn’t bite off any of the tortilla wrapped around the filling.

I called 4 days before my stay (Wednesday, 1:20pm) to arrange for transportation to the cruise pier. The woman who took my call told me there was no such service & that I would have to call for a taxi the morning of departure at checkout. That was false information! I discovered the misinformation when I checked in. I tried to reserve a seat on the shuttle serving the hotel when I noticed the misinformation at check in — the shuttle was already full. The guest checking in ahead of me got the last 5 seats! If I’d been able to reserve my seat when I called on Wednesday I wouldn’t have had to pay $79+tip for a taxi — the shuttle would have cost me only $27+tip!

This is my new go-to hotel whenever I need to travel through Sea-Tac. I've even told my friends about it. Everything was just comfortable and lovely -- from the promptness of the shuttle and the professional, polite shuttle driver, to the staff being helpful and kind (but genuine -- not fake or over the top), to the room being clean and fresh without smelling like cleaning agents or perfumes. The bed was AMAZING both trips (into and out of Sea-Tac), the food was not exactly 5-star restaurant food, but still good. I arrived in the evening and left at 3:00 a.m. on the first stay, and arrived back at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. and left at 11:00 a.m. on the second stay, so I had a chance to interact with the day staff and the overnight staff, and they were all lovely, as were the shuttle drivers. I am a woman who travels alone and I felt safe the whole time, plus my room was QUIET. I am happy I found this hotel because the stress of where to stay each time I have to go through Sea-Tac is finally over.

This hotel has become my go-to hotel whenever I have to travel through the Seattle airport. The staff is always helpful, professional, friendly, and just all-around great. I've been screwed by hotels before when I have to book their shuttle at, say, 3:00 a.m. to get back to the airport. The front desk is just on top of things, and the drivers are all very nice. I had a dinner one night, and breakfast the next morning on this trip and neither disappointed me (just remember it's not a 5-star restaurant!). The guests are surprisingly considerate and quiet, the rooms are immaculate, the airport is a quick shuttle ride away, but the hotel is shockingly quiet -- you can barely hear the planes take off and land nearby.

Really, I can't think of a thing.

The beds were comfortable. Everything appeared to be clean. Everything also appeared to be up-to-date. The A/C felt a little bit old but WORKED well. I started the weekend staying with friends and unfortunately it was not a great experience so coming to this hotel made me feel so refreshed. I love that they have a shuttle to the airport. If I didn't have to return my rental car, I would have definitely used it. i will definitely be back.

None of these are deal breakers for me. I will say that I wish there were brighter lighting in the room. I ended up having to turn on all the lights and open the window to get some sunshine in while I worked. The food was meh in my opinion. I wanted to eat downstairs but nothing looked appetizing so I ended up going to Jack in the Box down the street. However, breakfast was pretty good. I would not pay to include breakfast because I don't believe it's worth it IMO. The walls are VERY thin. Someone around me kept going in and out of their room and the door slammed so loudly each time.
