Staff were friendly, room was clean, plenty of clean towels and an inexplicably huge TV! I only stayed for one night, so I didn't experience much more than a night's sleep, but the bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever encountered. No kidding. At home or any other accommodation, that bed was the comfiest I'd ever slept in. I don't sleep like a baby. But that night I slept like a baby. Great location, close proximity to Seatac airport and a short walk from the train station to get into the Seattle Center. I'd say good value for what you get. Good bed, a lock on the door, nice hot shower. I cant speak for any longer stays, but for the one off stop between travelling it was perfect. Thank you.

It didn't dampen the trip at all, but I'd recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The door felt open while it was shut and bolted. Could hear people passing by as if they were walking through the room. Cracks above and below the door enough to see the shadows pass by. With the nature of motels, lots of people are coming and going at all hours. Just a side note if you're booking this establishment. But maybe that was specific to the ground floor. I still slept like a baby, regardless!

Location, comfortable and fair price

Nothing except the booking system is iffy. I booked week before. A couple of days before staying I had a message from booking.com that card had failed. Odd. Redid with another. The day I was due to arrive another message. That card failed, booking cancelled but no charge. Very odd. Cards been working in restaurants. Went to motel. 45 minutes later I had the room. I was on their phone to booking.com as a last resort when the booking made at the desk cane through 30-40 minutes after I made it. No problem with booking.com and two other Motel 6 prior to this one so a system problem there !

The customer service rep exceeded our expectations with excellent customer service skills. She was very polite and informative. The room was clean and very spacious. There was a lot of open storage space and a huge table to work, eat or organize when unpacking and re-packing. The location is on a public transit route which can take you to other buses or the trains to get around the city. The showers were hot, the heat and air system worked wonderfully as well. The area was quiet at night and there is a laundry room for guests to use on the property.

I didn't like the smell of the room. Initially, it had a very strong chemical smell. Possibly because they had just cleaned it. The location is very close to the airport but there isn't much to do in the area. The bathroom was extremely small with a full size bathtub and toilet which left very little space to move around. It would also have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

I travel with my Service Animals and any time I stay at this particular location the staff is always there to greet me and have always made me and my Service Animals feel welcomed , safe and right at home! The rooms are always clean and tidy and the property is well cared for. They have am excellent management team that is always just a phone call away to handle whatever your needs may be. And even though there is a $5 a day charge for parking, it is well worth the peace of mind that your vehicle is being properly looked after by the on-site security guards watching over the parking lots day & night ! I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ! EVEN IF THE TYPE OF ROOM I WAS WANTING WAS UNAVAILABLE, THEIR HELPFUL STAFF IMMEDIATELY INITIATED AN UPGRADED ROOM AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!

Friendly welcome to a clean room before a long trip back to Europe. Fridge and microwave were provided free since they had extras that were not reserved. Normally I wouldn't think of Seatac as scenic, and it isn't from Highway 99, but on my morning run down to Angle Lake there were several nice lookouts into the valley, plus the lake is always nice. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the 1-line skybridge, though be aware there are no longer any other pedestrian entry points to the airport, and the sidewalk is not in great shape for a heavy suitcase.

It's a little noisy in the ground floor rooms because the floors are paper thin and, you know, people are heavy these days. But things got quiet around midnight which worked out fine for my trip. Also the heater has a really strong and noisy fan, and maybe it's adjustable, but I don't like messing with that sort of thing unless there are instructions in the room somewhere (just so I know it's expected for guests to mess with it).

Not only did they allow me to change my linens and towels myself while staying here, the front desk staff worked me and how I had pay, as I was having technical issues, but they had a different smoking room then the one I stayed in, they didn't have me change rooms and or pay the difference, as they had a cancellation.

That it would not be able to pay a little extra for a smoking room with a microwave and fridge, as all their rooms that had microwaves and fridges were non smoking rooms.

It was close to the airport and very clean!!

The staff were not rude, but also not friendly. There was no breakfast at all (I don’t know why they say there is online). Only one pot of coffee by the check-in counter. Why even bother… Also, I ABSOLUTELY HATED THE FIXED THERMOSTAT. I was unable to change fan settings because of preset settings by the property. That was extremely frustrating at night… I will not stay again mainly for that reason. There were also huge cracks all around the front door. I had to place towels underneath it to insulate from outside.

I loved how close to the airport it was. It was clean and safe feeling. The bed was tolerable but not great however for the value and the limited time we stayed I am totally fine with that. I realize your not going to get a fancy mattress for such a good value.

The room above was sooo very loud and noisy and this was people walking across the top pathway not the people in the Actual room above.

Our premium queen room (non smoking) was very clean and staff was super kind.

I wish there was an ice machine on second floor. Location of beds in ratio to a/c made it difficult to regulate room temp. Every time it clicked on I froze, but within five minutes of it clicking off, I was shedding my covers. Not sure how a person could fix this issue. Wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

The location is great for the airport. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

The noise from a couple of other guests, one of which was either intoxicated or have a mental health crisis. Nothing to do with the hotel itself, and I would not expect the young lady at the night desk to deal with them herself.
