The staff were absolutely wonderful and really went above and beyond to make the stay special for us as we celebrated my sister's upcoming wedding. I would definitely recommend staying for a special occasion.

The description on booking.com of 'breakfast included' is a bit misleading as what it actually means is that you get a 50 dollar credit towards breakfast PER ROOM and given that we have six people staying in one room it just didn't come close to covering breakfast. The hotel was phenomenal though and comped breakfast for us - we didn't even ask!

The property is a nice hotel, very clean, and the location was excellent.

The restaurant was not available on Saturday morning, although it said it was. When we went down to the restaurant for coffee, the restaurant door was locked. When it finally opened at 9 AM, they said they were no longer serving breakfast.

Location was great, right where we needed to be. The room was spacious and the staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a wine tasting in the afternoon that some people in our family liked and there was coffee and hot water in the lobby in the morning.

Room didn't have a microwave. It was hard to control the room's temperature since the thermostat kept changing the set temperature. There was music in the elevator and it was quite loud. Every time the elevator stopped in our floor we could hear the music from inside the room. Eventually that was toned down. Breakfast had very few options available during the week. On weekends there was brunch which had more options but only started at 9am which was way too late.

To start, the location was perfect for us. We parked with the valet and walk every where we needed to go for the rest of the trip including Lumen field, pike place market and the Seattle center. The staff was top notch, greeting us, answering all our questions and accomodating some special requests without issue. They were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable at every interaction. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Coffee service in the room would have been nice

Beautiful hotel, comfortable, clean and the nicest valet service man in the world. Really, this nice man oversaw our comings and going’s and made sure we were set for the day. They should bring him to the White House to manage the visitors ! The rest of the staff was also very friendly. The Christmas decor was lovely and the musician, Chris Nelson who played electric guitar during happy hour was brilliant. We will definitely come back !

No problems at all

The location was great and very easy to get to. The valet service was quick and easy, and all the staff were awesome. We had drinks at the bar and they were top notch!

It was a little confusing when the restaurant was open and when it was closed. The front desk told us 10pm (we went down at 9pm for diner), but the restaurant wouldn't seat us saying they closed at 9pm.

Breakfast selection very limited. Should provide more options. And it came out lukewarm warm. Waitress was lovely

The location was great! We walked to Pikes Market and even walked back from the Lumen Field. Everything was within walking distance for us. The employees were great and so nice. We really loved our time spent here. Thank you for making our stay so awesome.

When we arrived Friday night, the hotel had over booked and we did not receive the room that I had booked. We had to share a bed until we could get the 2 beds on Saturday.

Room is certo comfortable, real King Bed! Cable TV with good variety of channels, no noise from the street and good shower. I also like that once you pay for the Resort Fee, you could pick up a selection of products at the lobby, from bottled water to sodas and chocolate for example. wine testing is also another great way to treat guests too, from 5 to 6 PM, includes wineries from WA state in the menu, great way to promote local products.

Gym is small, doesn’t fit more than 4 people at the same time, but not an impediment at all.

Well appointed interior. Complimentary wine and coffee. Engaged staff.

Room layout was a bit awkward. Towel rack located in the actual shower was also hidden by the shower curtain was weird. It appeared we had no towels when we arrived.
