Great location if you have a car. Close to many restaurants, Walmart and Costco if you need anything. Conveniently located off the the freeway. Staff is kind and gracious. Hotel and room were clean. Asked and got a quiet room when they were sold out. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I have low expectations for this tier of hotels regarding the included breakfast, but the options were pretty poor. No true protein options like sausage or bacon. They did have scrambled eggs.. They were slow to refill the items they did have such as waffle batter and hash brown patties.And the refill wasn't enough as when it came out 1 rude family took ALL the hashbrowns. And the coffee was from an automatic dispenser which was THE weakest, most flavorless coffee we've ever had. It was literally water with a little something in it. We like to stretch our budget by eating and drinking what's available at a hotel when we travel but on the 2nd and 3rd day we went out for breakfast and did not regret it.

Nice touches like hot soup or coupons for local eateries. Check in was easy. My special request to be near the elevator was honored. Clean clean which was great.

The bathroom walls are showing a lot of wear and tear. Water didn't come out of all the shower jets. I think the remote batteries were dead the last night we were there. An in room safe is really important. A bit more bar soap since we didn't have daily housekeeping. If they could drop off soap and just empty trash we would be fine. Pool was pretty cloudy vs clear and still very nice pool and hot tub.

Very cute and close to the park! It is an older hotel so it has some vintage charm with the furnishings (my daughter loved) and room size. They are wonderfully staffed and offer lots of extras like soup in the evening and a fantastic breakfast. The beds are also very comfortable and the room impressively clean.

The room was a little small, but it goes with the age of the building.

Everything except the breakfast

The breakfast was not as I expected. Other equivalent competitor places we've stayed at had more variety of choices, like ham, sausage, or bacon. Better choices of cereal besides two kids type of cereals, The price of the rooms would be fine if the breakfast had more quality and variety of choices like your competitors.

Very pet friendly! Was on bottom floor in the wing near the 'dog park' and all guests in that hall had pets. Pool was open for swim from 9-10 for kids which was awesome. They always had coffee available. The breakfast hours were long which was nice. The breakfast itself was delicious. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again.

Heater didn’t work in the room, Didnt clean our room and when asked the beds weren’t made and part of the garbage was left- for the money it cost it should of been taken care of much better-

Breakfast included bacon and hash brown patties, thanks for the warm food variety. We were weary travelers when we arrived and had soup with us. The desk clerk kindly provided us paper bowls and spoons that we could use to heat our soup in our room.

Breakfast didn’t offer eggs for those of us who are dairy or gluten free. You could add hard boiled eggs as another protein offering.

My room wasn't just clean - it was pristine! I've never seen such a clean bathroom! The staff was friendly and helpful, check in was quick, the bed was comfortable, great channel selection on the TV, and watching the sun come up in the east was a great bonus! We'll definitely stay again.

It is near stores and restaurants , staff is friendly and efficient. Pool and spa older but clean. Breakfast is decent; some not due to previous freezing , staleness

Rooms are small, mold snd grime under lip of sink and tub in room , no roll away beds, creaky springs in bed

The hotel had not received my reservation from booking.com. However they worked to secure rooms for us. They reported this has happened frequently in the past. The hotel staff was excellent.

Booking.com failed to get the reservation (made in April) to the hotel. The manager eventually found it by logging onto booking.com site.
