The soundproofing in your building is wonderful. I never heard anyone above, next to or down the hall. The hot water in the shower was wonderful and the beds extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed your front desk staff. Very friendly! Also I've never stayed at a hotel with such a clean dog potty area. Thank you for that!

I was traveling with my dogs and while this is not something you can do anything about, the surrounding area is overrun with rabbits! My dogs had a very hard time not being distracted by them when we pottied.

The complete kitchen was really nice so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked great to make for a very restful sleep. They had a good breakfast menu and the kids loved the indoor pool. I love that it was a very well kept comfortable hotel and still pet friendly so we could bring our dog. Accessible washers and dryers were really appreciated after a rainy day and getting soaked.

Nothing that I “didn’t like” but something that could be improved on if able to is by adding a couple more washers and dryers. I had to wait for an hour for a machine to be free and wait even more for people to return to gather their belongings before I could rotate my loads. I really appreciated having this amenity at all though, after getting rained on at my son’s sporting event all day and didn’t have to go find a laundromat in town to wash his uniform and gear so thank you!

I loved the older lady at the front desk, she was very helpful and very friendly even when I had a lot of questions. I loved our studio suite it was bigger than expected and had a full fridge, dishwasher, utensils and microwave , two queen beds and a hide bed. So much space our little fur babies were not uncomfortable they had plenty of space.

I did not care for the younger lady probably early 20’s. She worked the night shift. Was not very personable, and not very friendly, especially when I asked how to my disabled daughter and her husband to use the shuttle when their plane came in at 10 pm. The designated pet area outside was not very big, ended up having to take them on evening walks to get them to go potty.

The free shuttle to the airport was great. Nice free breakfast that had good choices. Room was clean, beds were comfy, air conditioning was great, lots of plugs for devices, solid shower, and more. The staff was awesome especially Mekala who was exceptional!! We may change our reservation and stay here for our departure. There is a mall and some restaurants nearby. Better if you have a car but doable. We recommend.

We appreciated the service given. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and professional. Having free transportation to the airport was a pleasant surprise. I would encourage anyone staying in Seattle to use your facility.

There was nothing I felt of concern. The place is a great place for short are long stay.

I like the customer service and the room

Breakfast began at 6 am and I was unable to get breakfast before making my way to the airport. The shuttle leaves the hotel exactly at 6am and we were not even offered early breakfast given the fact that you know you had guest taking the shuttle at 6am. I think it should be asked when a shuttle is requested early in the morning.

We came for my kids' state cup soccer tournaments and they had so much fun with their teammates. We had a blast seeing them enjoy thw pool and places to hang out, also the workout room was nice and we LOVED our room. We will definitely be back!

Some fresh fruit and yogurt options as well as english muffins would had been nice with the egg and sausage rounds. The OJ was out too which was a bummer but hopefully next time it's all working! We will definitely be back!

We took the shuttle to the airport. Driver dumped us off at ARRIVALS, where he had to pick up guests. From ARRIVALS, we had to lug 70lbs of luggage each, plus 2 pets, to DEPARTURES. That sucked!!!

Friendly staff. Offered to reserve a Lyft for the next morning when told the airport shuttle was full for the time we needed. Clean comfortable room.

The breakfast was not appealing. Gummy looking oatmeal. Lots of stacked dirty dishes needing to be bussed from bins. messy appearance of f food area.

Great place, great quality with very good amenities (best free breakfast I’ve had and I travel for work a lot).

Pool heater broken - we came for staycation with kids to swim, since that was why we came we had to swim - water was freezing.
