It was close to a metro station and several restaurants. The sofa bed was pretty comfortable, the main bedroom a bit tight. Great internet service.

I had made a reservation which included breakfast, but when we arrived, they told us breakfast was not included. We found a nice boulangerie nearby with great bread. As I was leaving the hotel, they realized that I could get a reimbursement because the breakfast had been paid off after all, but it was a mistake on their part that it was not made available with the fees paid. I have yet to get the reimbursement.

I travelled solo for a long weekend. It was the perfect place to come back after long days of visiting around the city. You have your own private kitchenette, free coffee and tea in the main cafeteria and the bed is very comfortable. I read the reviews before booking and had mixed feelings. However, knowing you are going with a Citadines, there are no surprises. The staff was extremely friendly, which is not always a given when in Paris. The location is really great, a few steps from the busy Marais and Canal St. Martin, but the room was pretty silent.

The decoration and furniture is a bit old fashioned, but yet again, the same Citadines style you can find anywhere else. Beyond that, no bad experience at all!

The location was excellent, close to 2 different metro lines and lots of shops and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Ideal for a family with 2 children. We travelled from the apartment to Disneyland on our final morning and the journey took just under an hour.

It was very hot when we arrived and had no air con. We were there in February so opening the windows cooled the place down but I think it would be an issue in the summer. There was also no hot water in the shower one morning!

The apartment meets the basic needs for a family with 2 children, though nothing fancy. Some of the furniture and decorations are very dated, but overall the apartment was nice. Cleanliness not great, but at a satisfactory level.

I would say it is pricey for what it offers (we paid 250/night) and you would probably find something better at that price if you search well in advance. The complementary espresso machine (in lobby) for guests is a nice touch though :).

The breakfast was not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. The eggs were awful- been standing too long too. They should cook less at a time and replenish them. Liked the kitchen area - and room overall.

Parking was tricky. Finding how to get to hotel entrance was hard. I was dropped off - asked reception what to do and we had to go around the block!!!

The staff is what makes this place. I was welcomed with a bottle of water and an ice lolly because it was really hot in Paris. Throughout the stay the staff was attentive and always ready to help. The location is great, too, with plenty of nice bakeries and restaurants in the Oberkampf area. The rooms are basic but perfectly equipped, clean and with very comfortable beds. There is a launderette in the basement for longer stays.

The decor is a bit outdated and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It could have been a problem but the temperature was good at night.

Nicely situated between the market and the residential area, the room was spacious and quite. The facilities in the room were good. The staff was very helpful, and respectful.

The room did not have the kitchen/room tissues, which was the only missing element as per my opinion.

As we were travelling as a family of four, having a separate room from the kids was great. Would say the room is too small for four adults but was fine with 2 adults and 2 kids. We travelled a fair bit around Europe so having a lift to get to the top floor was great. Location is amazing...close to Metro and amazing shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Seine and attractions (kids were 8 & 10 and walked no issues). Staff were amazing and very helpful.

In the heat of Paris it would be nice to have aircon otherwise no issues.

It's only few miles from the city attractions. Very accessible to all the transportations as well. The hotel is very spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are amazing, friendly and most of all helpful. So we had a fabulous time staying with them and I highly recommended this place.

I did not request a preference for a quiet room? However the room was lovely, newly refurbished, very clean. And with air con which was definitely needed. I requested twin beds in the bedroom which was fulfilled.
