Lovely boutique hotel in a good location at the Northern end of the Marais. Easy access to several Metro lines which we used for all of our sightseeing . Excellent and friendly staff . Rooms a reasonable size for Paris and stylishly decorated . Beautiful small lounge on the ground floor for breakfast and drinks .

Wi fi was patchy. Our room was a slightly odd shape which made it a bit of a struggle to navigate past the bottom of the bed but I think that was simply to do with the layout of rooms in an old building. Other rooms seemed a more conventional shape.

The rooms are clean and abseolutely comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, the Hamman is a bonus. I previously stayed in Latin Quarter but this locale is uber cool. Walking distance to some extremely cool shopping ( walk towards les Marais) close to Thomas Fromager, ( galletes to blow your mind ) caractere de cochon ( Bergamont Jambon Beurre with compte cheese ..... say no more) there are plenty of bistro's to choose from locally but equally the metro is very close and will take you to so.e great bistros ( chez savy is a must try post musee d'orsay _ but you must book ( online)

Staff were super friendly and helpful with any queries. The communal area was so lovely, lots of space for people to sit and lounge during the day/evening with complementary hot drinks which was such a nice touch. The superior double room was a great size considering standard Paris hotel bedroom sizes. The bathroom was lovely with a fantastic shower in both temperature and pressure. Cleanliness was great! Room had air conditioning which we didn’t need but great to know for heights of summer. There was a lift at the hotel!! Again not standard for all Paris hotels which was a great surprise.

This small, unpretentious hotel is beautifully run by a team of friendly and very efficient young women. It is clean, well maintained and all requests for assistance were promptly dealt with.

At first, we were concerned that the hotel has no restaurant, but breakfast is more plentiful than other Paris hotels we have stayed in and there are good restaurants in the hotel's street and many within easy distance.

Lovely and helpful staff, good location and very clean rooms! Exceptional service. We arrived early around 12 and the reception team kindly checked us in straightaway and we were given a complimentary upgrade. We really enjoyed the hammam which can be booked for private use.

Wonderful little boutique hotel with high quality (but not over the top) amenities. High quality 24/7 self-serve coffee and tea, a lovely honor bar in the evenings, delicious optional breakfast, and clean albeit small rooms with a great shower. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful, showing a level of hospitality that surpasses big brand hotels. From giving us a neighborhood rundown to proactively offering to call a taxi on our checkout day, they did a lot of the thinking for us.

The reception is great and very nice. The restaurant recommendations close to the hotel were perfect. The room is very clean and no complaints. I would stay here again.

There is not much to complain about. It is a very nice place to stay. The room service food I initially was going to order but they were out of the item I wanted and the food in general is microwaved/not made there. It did inspire me to go out for dinner and I had a great meal outside!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Fabric! The staff upgraded us to a bigger room as soon we walked in and it was incredibly big by Parisian standards! The bed was really big and comfortable, the shower was perfect and overall the hotel looks phenomenal! The location (barely a 5-min walk from Place de la République) is prime, while being secluded too so it’s very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything. Thé location, the facilities, the building & vibe, the lovely staff, the music playing in the lobby, the fact that at no point did we need to ‘ask’ for anything - everything had been thought of. An amazing bathroom as far as Paris hotels go. I travel to Paris a lot and this I’ll be my new go-to.

I absolutely recommend Hotel Fabric to anyone! Staff was so courteous and helpful & the room was very comfortable (clean, good size, A/C worked well). They go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The location is excellent, with great food/drink options nearby and subways conveniently located to get to other points of interest. I will undoubtedly stay here again if I find myself back in Paris.
