The room size is bigger than standard Paris hotel. The hotel is very close to train station but it was a bit further from city vcentre so you need to spare time to go to tourist attraction. We like that the neighbourhood is peaceful and safe. The hotel provided sustainability way to drink water and coffee/tea. The room is clean and air conditioner works well in summer hours. It's out 2nd time staying at the hotel so it was great decision to come back!

Less variety on choices for meat and protien for breakfast. My partner didn't eat anything on 3rd morning that we stayed as the choices is pretty much the same and nothing new.

The Hotel was beautiful, immaculately clean. Rooms were well decorated and had a modern bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. The dining area and terrace were lovely, with breakfast offering a good variety and was delicious. The staff were all very pleasant and approachable. The location is accessible to all the main attractions of Paris. Eg:- Line 1 from Porte de Vincennes to The Louvre takes approximately 15 mins. A walk of ten minutes to Nation Metro Station offers really easy access to The Eiffel Tower and the Gare du Nord if you arrived by Eurostar, both approx 20mins.. We thoroughly enjoyed Paris, the attractions are great . The city is full of charm and beautiful architecture with restaurants to suit all budgets.The metro is really cheap and easy to use. We would definitely recommend this Hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

You would really be clutching at straws to find a fault. We stayed in a Superior Double Room which was a good size.

Hotel Piapia is very comfortable and cozy. The style is modern, new and propre. They have a nice place to play, read and relax. The guests can have a tea or coffee or hot chocolate any time they want in the canteen which was very convenient for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable . The location is quite at least during the summer. The metro is very close and you can reach all the sightseeings by metro very easily. I’m glad we stayed in this hotel , I have discovered it in the blog of taddddy who highly recommended this place. So do I, highly recommend to stay in this great place in Paris.

after a nightmare visit to a previous hotel where we had to check out the same day, erna (i think that’s what her name was, she’s from romania) was the sweetest, most helpful and kind staff who made sure i had everything i needed after finding out what happened to us. also when finding out it was my birthday the next day, she planned balloons, chocolate and a cute note by my bed when we came back after cleaning! it made my day and i really appreciated the gesture. every single staff member was so friendly and helpful and i will definitely be returning. bathroom is beautiful with the use of rituals products (shampoo, shower gel and hand wash) which smelt divine, breakfast was lovely (could’ve been more variety but food was good quality anyways) and service was 100/10. location only 10 mins walk from metro station and bus station is right outside. i don’t normally leave reviews but i could not recommend this hotel enough and will be returning, thank you!

I recently stayed at Piapia Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! Everything looks brand new, with a very stylish and modern design. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, approachable, and always ready to answer any question or assist with anything needed. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. The location is within walking distance of several metro stations and has a supermarket conveniently nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Piapia Hotel and will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

A great little hotel. The rooms were small but perfectly adequate for a few days stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had an excellent shower and plenty of hot water. Despite what others have said, we found the breakfasts to be great. The coffee was particularly good as was the selection of food available. The breakfast room staff were especially deserving of praise for keeping the food well stocked and the room spotless. We found the location excellent with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the metro and tram lines within 5 minutes walk. To get to the hotel from Gare de Nord was easy, due south on RER line D then a few stops on the metro, took about 30 - 40 mins total.

Location is very good, just 5 min walk to Porte de Vincennes of Line 1, also the tram station. Neighborhood is safe, with plenty convenient store and restaurant. About 15 min walk to Lachaise Cemetery. Modern and cozy decoration, evering thing is brand new, free toiletries are very freshing and soothing. Welcoming and helpful staff at front. Really value for money!

it would be great if there is kettle inside room

The hotel was located conveniently close to many transportation options such as metro, tram or bus. There are also some shops, cafes and restaurants close by. The hotel itself was modern, had a communal area and also free coffee&tea. The staff were very friendly and super attentive. It was my mums birthday and they decorated the room which was nice. The room itself was small but had all necessities and was clean.

The breakfast spread was ok. Nothing special and could get boring after a while but for two days it was fine.

Very nice breakfast and good location. There is also nice restaurant few steps out of the hotel. We thought we will use metro to travel around but we only used Velib bike sharing service. There are bike stands right next to metro station and some more close to hotel on the way to city centre. It was really nice stay and we enjoyed it with my wife very much. Even the weather was order by reception :-)

All was really good, we had no complaints.
