It was a really modern fun location for our group stay with friends. There is a bar and a peaceful garden downstairs, you get a free drink at the bar, unlimited coffee, and loads of other cool freebies in your room - drinking water, toilettries, you can hire an umbrella from reception if you need to. It just has this amazing buzz, receptionists are young and friendly, I got a really warm welcome and was accompanied to my room to help me locate it, as well as I was offered a vase for my flowers! I found it to be a really lovely experience, the location is perfect, close to a metro station and a supermarket. On a Sunday there is a huge market just around the corner.

Great location, very close to subway, vibrant Bastille and vibrant Le Marais neighborhood. Staff was wonderful! Gladys welcomes ud with smiles and asked about our holiday plans. We arrived way early but they kept our belongings safe until check in time. Another female staff member (I am so sorry that I didn't ask your name!) welcomed us with mimosas; it was a wonderful check-in experience! During our stay, Front Desk team members (Especially Zekeriyya) was amazing, helped us to keep our food in the fridge many times. Gave us welcome drinks. And all other Front desk team members and bartenders are wonderful. Room is small but that is always the standard at the Moxy brand. It is modern and clean. There is no fridge but they keep your stuff at the lobby fridge if needed; by labeling it. I had one issue about the frequency of changing the sheets, but they helped immediately and left very kind gifts and notes in my room! Thanks, Beatriz, for following up with an email to check if all is a good! Great lobby, several different sets of cozy seatings and sofas, constant free coffee and tea. I strongly recommend this location if you are visiting Paris, the staff makes your visit a blast!

Nice atmosphere in reception with the bright colour scheme. Friendly and helpful staff. Great free drink on arrival and tea/coffee options in the ground floor area. Lots of people using the tables to work or socialise, meaning I felt safe when on my own. I'm pretty sure that bar and other staff were keeping an eye on customers too, which was reassuring. Great breakfast choices, especially the gluten-free options. Excellent location with 2 Metro stops nearby, on a quiet street but near enough to walk to lively bars and restaurants.

Invoicing. Confusing results when trying to split the room payment 50-50.

The staffs at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, the housekeeping team only cleaned our room 1 time out of the 4 nights we stayed there - and that’s after we requested thru the front desk staff. There were times the housekeeping team deliberately put “do not disturb” sign on our door and missed our room even after we personally requested the housekeeping team at our floor. Other than the hygiene issue, we like the hotel due to the location and sufficient facilities.

We loved our stay at Roxy Bastille! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the location for us was absolutely perfect! We liked that we could help ourselves to coffee and teas whenever we chose and the welcome drink is much appreciated. It's close to some delicious restaurants, a mini supermarket and bakers. A pleasant walk through the beautiful Le Marais area takes you towards the Louvre (about 40 minutes). We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel takes a 30 euro per night per room supplement at check in. We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights so 300 euros. We did receive it back the day after check out but it was a bit of a shock as we didn't know about it.

It's my fourth stay at this hotel...The best location I love Bastille, it's my favorite neighborhood in Paris- everything is walkable from the Moxy doors. The hotel is small boutique but beautiful, pristine, comfortable, and the staff - the staff are everything- they feel like family. They are always are incredibly nice and helpful! I will always come back.

One of the most inviting hotel lobbies I've seen, very cozy with a great bar and good background music. The staff is very friendly. Location is perfect, very close to restaurants and metro/bus stations.

Our room was a bit small.

The room was lovely, modern and clean, and a good size for a hotel room in Paris. The location was great and close to nearly everything we wanted to do and go to, with great transport links.

The shower couldn’t keep a consistent temperature and the water was usually either way too hot or cold, and you had to make extremely small adjustments to the temperature to get a tolerable temperature.

Great location, literally 10 mins on foot, and you are in the heart of Marais. Big and comfy bed, good linen, free welcome drinks, cute inner garden

The hotel looks a bit tired, things need fixing here and there. Cleaning personnel tried to enter my room at 9 am using their key card, there was no knocking

Friendly staff, good atmosphere and attitude. The room was cleaned every day. This could also be a four stars hotel. Welcome drink and breakfast drink were good surprise. The breakfast is excellent.
