Location is perfect. Breakfast is not that bad. There is free water cooler on every floor.

The staff is very unfriendly. No hello, no help. Reception dont even notice people. In the lobby bar they wanted to charge me 3 times bigger price for coffee. After i noticed, they changed the price but not even sorry. The food in the restaurant is poor choice and could be much better. The room service could be better too, they just put everything on its place, but dont clean and wash.

The staff are amazing! No request is to little or big. We are Shomer Shabbat and they arranged a key for our room. There are cold water stations on each flooe, different types of tea in each room, and options to get anything else like toothbrushes or slippers. We have stayed in various hotels around the world and this is about the best of all.

Some of the reviews mention a smell from bad piping. This is quickly dispelled by opening the windows and dorr together for a few minutes a day

The Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located in the city centre. The linens, bed comfort, and cleanliness all meet the Hilton Garden Inn standards, making me feel cosy and safe, with a familiar sense of comfort. The reception staff kindly offered a complimentary early check-in, which helped make my trip smoother, and I truly appreciate their assistance.

The view from the room was somewhat restricted, even though I stayed on the fourth floor. During my stay, there was a rainy day, and unfortunately, the hotel did not provide umbrellas for guests to borrow.

We were given an upgrade to our Room considering it was my 3 year old Son’s Birthday.The location is absolutely perfect,walkable to the Parliament,Chain Bridge and some of the souvenir shops.We were given a warm welcome by Frond Desk Manager - Tamas.He was kind enough to help guide on how to visit the main attraction.Prior to this, the Guest Relationship Supervisor - Kimberly had also shared adequate details over WhatsApp considering she was Out of Office during our stay.The views from our room were impeccable and we loved sipping our morning coffee at the private balcony. Overall a great stay and we shall surely be staying at Hilton Garden Inn on our next stay in Budapest.Shall also recommend the same to friends and Family.Kudos to Tamas,Kimberly and Hilton staff for ensuring a great stay.

There was a minor issue pertaining to one Bar members behaviour and service charges added to Bill.But it was later sorted by Tamas/Kimberly and Hilton staff on checkout.

- The location is totally on spot! Most popular attractions are within walking distance along with public transport stops and metro😊 -The room was clean and cozy. I liked the design of the interior and the toiletries in the bathroom🚿 - The hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming. I am very grateful for the earlier check-in and the possibility to leave my luggage at hotel free of charge even after my stay was over🧳 I also have got a call from the front desk, while being in my room, to make sure I am satisfied with accommodation and another pleasant treat was a handwritten card with best wishes from hotel✍️ - The complementary lemonade in the lobby was a bonus in such hot summer days🍊

Everything was good😊 As I stayed there only 1 night it did not bother me, but in case you plan a longer stay, take into consideration that you may get a room with a view on the wall of neighbouring building.

It was new, excellent location, good facilities and most of all, the welcome note with handwriting, very very nice touch!!!! Keep doing that, Kimberly! Also, the check out early email with all the info, very nice!!!

Breakfast can be improved, cleaning can be improved so that when you check in you will not find long hair on your pillow and bed, trash bags, courtesy botteled water and most important, coffee machine in the room, preferably nespresso, room service food needs some improvement

Very nice hotel, modern and with attention to details, well located in city center and close to airport bus stop (less than 10min walk). The room I got on 6th floor was very comfortable and quiet, I had a great sleep. Breakfast was also very good, with enough options of cold or hot dishes to choose from. I also liked the option to buy drinks and snacks in the lobby, and possibility to pick up any personal care items you might have forgotten. Staff was attentive and polite. Would definitely reccomend.

Coffee machine in the room would have been nice instead of sachets of instant coffee

I liked central position of the hotel in the very hart of Budapest, all important points and touristic attractions are quite near the hotel and beside being located in the historical center hotel still have very comfortable underground garage what is very important if you are coming by you or own car. The hotel is still quite new.

I asked hotel stuff ( called reception by phone from my room ) for the help with my luggage but nobody came.

Great hospitality and eye for details by Kimberley, even before we arrived she made sure everything is in place. Checking, room, cleaning, food and checkout was smooth and comfortable. Kimberly went out of the way to welcome us with chocolates, nuts and welcome drinks... truly a delight. Location is super awesome, next to all the major attractions and we found all the major christmas markets within 5-10min walk.
