Location of the hotel is perfect. Just 15 minutes' walk to Genova Brignole train station and 25 min to Genove Piazza Pricipe. Also, very good connection to airport from Piazza de Ferrari by Volabus, 10 EUR daily ticket per person. Only 7 minutes' walk from the hotel to bus station. During the stay, my wife had birthday so, the direttore, Mr. Vaccari, send us a bottle of Prosseco, with some salty snacks including personal greetings from him and his staff, which was very surprising and very nice gesture. We appreciated very much. My wife has been delighted!

No hotel slippers in the room and there was no carpet on the floor... As we did not spend much time in the room, we did not ask, but anyhow, such hotel should have hotel slippers by default.

An excellent location for where we needed to visit. Located very near the main streets but in a relatively quiet position. The room was clean, the bed comfy and all the facilties worked well. The reception was always very helpful, and the bar and restaurant gave very good service although we only had a continental breakfast which gave us all the choice we needed.

All was fine - only the parking was a bit difficult to start with and we had to park across the road that was OK.

Breakfast box content & quality was rather disappointing compared to regular breakfast , some fresh sandwiches or viennoiserie should be a part of it but i guess that is not a very common guest request so I understand but there is a room for improvement here

The hotel is good and very well positioned. On the other hand, a big minus is the parking and here I want to comment. Do not try to park in the private parking next to the hotel. The staff is rude and you have to leave the car keys with them. The solution is to park in the public parking, which is in front of the hotel. Park on the blue line and know that from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., during the night, it is free. We paid 8 euros/night, from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m.

I'm not downgrading for parking, because it's not the hotel's fault. On the contrary, the lady at the reception offered me the solution.

While complimentary internet was available, its speed left much to be desired. Faster internet was available at an additional cost, but it was relatively expensive. This could be a drawback for travelers who rely on a reliable and fast internet connection for work or entertainment. The windows in the room overlooked a courtyard wall. Given that this was a standard room, the view was as expected and not a major issue. The room was cleaned daily, and I was impressed by the quick and thorough housekeeping service. Moving on to the bathroom, it was spacious and featured a bathtub, which was a nice touch for those who enjoy a relaxing soak. The presence of a bidet was convenient, and the provided shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion were appreciated. However, there were a couple of downsides in the bathroom. The ventilation system was not functional, which led to some humidity buildup. Additionally, the drainage in the bathtub was not effective, which could be inconvenient during showers.

The hotel is very beautiful with spacious and very clean rooms and very polite staff. Located in the most central spots of the town, very convenient for the moves to any direction.

Unfortunately there is no parking offered by the hotel and if someone has a car it becomes an issue. There is a private parking next to the hotel, but it is usually full.

We had such a nice stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was clean everywhere and the bathroom had all needed amenities besides conditioner. The service and personal was so sweet and helpful. We forgot out passport in another city but there was no difficulties.

The location of the hotel is great. It is walkable to all the main attractions of the city. The check-in was great and we got an upgrade for our room which was a great gesture.

Central, clean business hotel. Since this is a hotel chain, you know what you get 😀. For the room, you get good value for money. Friendly staff which gave above recommendation for a restaurant.

The breakfast was very costly for a standard buffet breakfast. Save yourself some money and go to a bar in town.

I really liked the location and that even thought it was a single room, the bed was larger than a normal single room bed. The bathroom was also massive and it's a dog friendly property.

The window looked out into a triangular alleyway with other windows, so you can't really leave your curtains open or other people can see into your room and vice versa.
