The room was very nice and spacious, the staff were nice, we had a big bathtub in the room, we had a lot of towels, chocolates, water and drinks. The room is on a main street so you go out straight to the middle of Rome. It’s close to the spanish stairs and the trevi fountain. We had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful. The heating was great.

A bit noisy from the street and church, because it’s a main street. But it’s ok.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the city. Room and bathroom were clean although small. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Round bed gave it a fun twist, but sleeping in it not all that comfy after all.

No breakfast room. No fan to eat out of a 'box' in our room. The reception area and staircase are worn out and did not give a good nor clean first impression. No international TV channels available.

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything, close to Trevi. Close to Spanish steps. Close to great shopping places. The staff was very friendly and nice. Very attentive. We got a room upgrade at arrival . It was a very nicely newly renovated room with a cute balcony. Can highly recommend this place.

Parking is 10 min walking distance.

The hotel is centraly located, very close to all the important sightseeing and commercial streets. Very important if you travel with kids and you need a quick break during the day, especially during summer where the heat is unbearable.

The location was really amazing! Close to everything. In a pedestrian (usually) area, so minimal cars. The staff was very kind and helpful, and stored our luggage for us throughout all of the last day without qualms. The room was very pretty, and housekeeping did a great job every day. Coded entrance at night - so safer. Did not take the breakfast option - and therefore cannot vouch.

Cleanliness and overall state of the bathroom/shower could've been better. Bed slightly hard - but this is a matter of taste of course

Location was super central, great for visiting everything, but not too noisy either. Staff very helpful and accommodating, allowing early check in, providing tips for local restaurants as well as allowing storage of (a lot!) of luggage until taxis arrived to leave. One of the rooms had a little balcony and could see out over the Roman rooftops.

Lift is unsurprisingly small like most hotels in Rome, meaning a few trips for luggage - but not that big a deal.

The reception staff was wonderful and so helpful. The rooms were excellent along with the bathrooms. We had a great time. The food places around the hotel are fabulous.

The only place we were not over joyed about was Le Grotte Server seemed annoyed with dealing with Americans.

Very friendly staff. Nice room with everything you might need. Hi-tech features for room management. Breakfast is served at the room, not excited personally but for some people is something special.

Breakfast served in the room had some limitations in options and comfort. There was only a small table in the room.

The location was amazing. The staff was friendly, and although the room was not huge, it was a good value for the price. We would definitely stay there again.

The walls were a little thin, we could hear people having a heaters discussion across the hall. The staff was kind enough to ask them to keep it down. Other than that it was all great.

The location is super comfortable, walk distance from everything. The room was very clean every day, and the bed was great. The room even had sleepers, didn’t used it but was cool. Be aware that you have to climb few steps to the elevator.

The room is not soundproof, at all. we heard every single word from the corridor and the street. The shower has mold in the corners. when we arrived, before the check in time, they offered us a early check in for 20€, the hotel is not o cheap anyway so it was a bit annoying and we didn’t took the offer just because of that reason.
