Small Elevator. Elevator broke for 3 days and for the last 4 nights they switch from AC to heater so it keeps us warm and uncomfortable to sleep.

The location is fantastic. The thing that not clear that there is two buildings and they’re not next to each other so the other one is sitting in via Del Corso and the location of it is even nicer. There is no stuff in the hotel only in breakfast the breakfast room is a little bit disappointing the food is fine not that much good but the room is self is clean. The location is fantastic.

It was advertised that the hotel has a spa and u need to book it. It was a relaxing holiday for us so we booked it with the thought in mind to use the spa since in Rome we can't go to the beach! When we asked to book it the receptionist told me that they don't have a spa and we have to go to another hotel for that... which first of all was not comfortable for us to do.... but to top it off she also said we have to pay for that! So I booked a hotel with a spa... then u tell me to go to another hotel and pay for it myself! If I wanna pay for the spa I will go to a 5 star spa of my choice thank u!

The property is fantastically located, the room was spacious modern and clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and shower was amazing. The staff were helpful even though our check in was delayed due to a power cut

The view from our room was not as described (all photos on the website showed a view of the main road) the property was quite far away from the main hotel but didn’t affect our stay.

The staff were helpful friendly. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable , the shower was large and bedside tables large enough for chargers and water bottles. The location of this hotel was perfect. I travel to Rome often and have never stayed in this area. My group could walk to all of our restaurants from the hotel.

The lift was small and slow which is a problem staying on the top floors. The rooms are clean but the public areas need an update. The carpets look worn and dirty.

A small boutique hotel in an excellent location. Easy walk to where we wanted to go in a relatively quiet environment. Our rate included breakfast which was a huge smorgasbord of choice. The room was spacious with beautiful decor and a modern bathroom. There was a supermarket in the little lane way and some good value restaurants. The staff were very friendly and there was an intriguing lift, retro-fitted into the stairwell. We would definitely stay here again.

The lift did the job to take us, the porter and all our luggage up to our floor but isn’t really designed for regular use. So during our stay we used the stairs. That didn’t bother us but for some it might be a disadvantage.

If you wish to be in the heart of the city and explore its top sights on foot, the hotel is a great choice. The room was clean and spacious. Despite the hotel's proximity to the street, there was not much noise, so we were able to get a decent night's sleep.

Our room wasn't ready at the time the hotel said it would be, so after an early morning flight, we had to wait an extra hour or two to get into the room. However, this minor detail didn't impact from the overall impression the hotel gave us.

The property is misrepresented, Booking .com you need to seriously consider how you advertise this property, we thought we were booked into Hotel 55, but we were in the annex, this is not attached to the hotel, and is not 4* , it is 5 mins walk from the Hotel and a couple of floors in a residential building, we never saw the reception manned! No water or milk in room, pictures on web site do not represent the annex, we were lucky we had a window in our room, and the dinning room looks nothing like the one on the website ! It was a great location near to everything worth seeing in Rome . It allowed you to instantly saviour the atmosphere without having to travel. Awesome location , great hotel , very likely to go back .

We got a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite from our booking at the annex building. This was a nice upgrade. We had other people in our group book the annex building and not get an upgrade and the annex building is quite a walk from the reception building. Location is good. Walkable to many areas (Trevi and Spanish Steps, we also walked to Vatican) and to the metro. Comfortable bed and clean amenities. Elevator available and staff took luggage to room as we left luggage prior to check in time.

If we didn't have the room upgrade, I wouldn't have like how far the annex building is.
