Loved the stay at the hotel , it was comfortable and in a very convenient location! The breakfast on the rooftop was just wonderful,the stuff was friendly and helpful ! Then at night the rooftop transforms into an elegant dinner place , for which we were given 20% discount, and was totally worth it ! Loved the food , so so delicious! I wish to see it during warm months of the year ! The view from up there was beautiful !

I wished we had a higher floor cause at night it gets too hot and if u open the window, there’s too much noise! Another thing I didn’t like is that you need to pay to use the spa or the gym . The price to use the spa was 35 EUR per person per day , which I found very surprising and honestly I think for the price we already paid per night , it should have been included!

The rooms were spacious & very clean, usb chargers on side of beds, bathroom was beautiful, equipped with a makeup mirror & blow dryer on the wall & counter space with a shelf below the sink to organize all your things, the location was great, close to train station, decor, cleanliness was perfect, AC worked great!!!

Didn’t like that it is advertised with a gym & spa but costs 9 Euro per day for the gym & the spa is 35 Euro to use the facility. Not how it was advertised.

The location and the hotel feel of a luxurious stay in a large room especially for Rome. The location was in a perfect spot 5 minute walk to termini station and plenty restaurants and shop and churches all in walking distance. It was quiet away from the hustle and bustle the room we stayed in was brilliant it was A32 was the perfect room. Nobody beside us the stairs one side and a storage room the other. Nobody beside us noise at all. Felt like vips. The lift few steps away. Couldn’t hear a thing on ground floor. Amazing hotel.

Only one downfall for me was the breakfast was always cold. One you manage your own at around to get your coffee or the food it so timid warm. That it cold when eating it.

You have to pay 8€ to use the gym and 35€ to use the pool facilities!!! Normally these facilities are included if you stay at the hotel!

The people at the front desk were polite and happy to answer questions. They called to find out if reservations were required at the Ville Pontificie. The room was quiet and dark. The restaurant was excellent.

When I looked at the booking site I thought the pool would be available but found out at the hotel that it can only be visited with an appointment and a 35 Euro fee.

Clean, AC worked, location was close to things while also being quiet. Staff was wonderful.

Breakfast could have been a lot better. Seemed like a lot of stale pastries, eggs that felt powdered, etc. Fresh fruit was nice and fresh. Rome itself is pretty dumpy. I was shocked that there was so much graffiti, people sleeping on the sidewalks, near the train station it smelled like urine. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but it felt like Rome was on a downward trajectory. Sad that the hotel is near to all this.

We had a room facing the courtyard and it is quiet. Location is good: 8 minute walk to train station, 5 minute walk to buses and subway, lots of food options within a few blocks. The place is clean and you have control of your AC. Shower has good water pressure and steady temperature.

The area is a bit rundown though the hotel is in good shape. Hotels are expensive in Rome and this is no exception. Although we didn't use the gym, this is the first hotel I've run into that charges guests extra for using the gym. It's unheard of!

The friendliness of the staff. Everyone was super polite. The hotel is lovely and rooms nicely decorated. Very good value for money for a 4 star hotel in Rome city centre. The room was clean, tidy. Bedding was comfortable.

The coffee was terrible and no complimentary water for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom drains had a slight smell on a couple of days. And the water temperature of the shower varied from boiling to warm a lot.

The hotel is well presented, clean and spacious. The rooms ( we were upgraded to deluxe) are huge in comparison to other advertised hotel rooms. The location was perfectly placed a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini so trains and buses with direct access to the airport were regular, reliable and cheaper than a taxi. The metro is also at the same location and access to all the attractions was simple. We tended to metro out and walk back through the streets and alleys to take in the sights and atmosphere. Back to the hotel , staff were so helpful and friendly everywhere is clean. We didn’t use the spa, but there is reduced day access for guests. Breakfast was FABULOUS, plentiful with lots of choice for everyone. The final resting place of the late pope is just a five minute walk from the hotel too. We would highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Rome , it would be to The Hive

Nothing… is a great place to stay

The hotel and room was modern, clean and the room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was working so well. Nice and cold and was very refreshing coming in from the heat. Love that there were small supplies in the bathroom which included a toothbrush, toothpaste, Kleenex, needle and thread and other little urgent supplies was very nice. 10/10 for that. I would stay again. Thank you to Davide at the roof top bar who had a big smile and took pride in making the drinks so perfect! Plenty of ice! Which we love. Plus the complimentary snacks with the apparatif was so delightful. The bar was clean and Nice and cold. Made us want to stay longer. Overall this was our last hotel during our time in Italy and it left us with a wonderful impression. Great location close to the train station. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Thank you and hope to return again soon.

I would have preferred breakfast included , didn’t know that was an option. Other than that, no complaints.
