Loved our stay and the library cafe in the lobby. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping center and Dohtonbori. Near stations as well but not advisable for those with big luggages, better to opt for private transfers. Loved the hospitality of the staffs and that they have yamato service. Another thing we enjoy is the complimentary breakfast as not many Japan hotels have this for free. Price is also very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Osaka in the future. Recommended them to friends as well.

Perfect location surrounded by many shops and restaurants. There is a good supermarket named Aeon Food Style Higashishinsaibashi, in which we could get all delicious seafood that we like! The room is small but clean; the breakfast is simple but tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful.

In the first morning after our check-in, we found the door lock was damaged so it couldn’t be locked. The hotel staff told us this could not be fixed soon so we have to move to another room.It took us more than half an hour to move all our things to the new room. This is rather disappointing cause it delayed our touring plan, and ruined our good mood of traveling! And the bed is too soft.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Such a convenient location, close to EVERYTHING without being in a ‘noisy’ area. Staff was friendly and gave us a leaflet to indicate which food is Muslim-friendly on their menu. Halal food was easy to find and a short distance away from our hotel. Rooms are large, I could easily open two 28 inch suitcases without any problems. There is also a coin-operated laundry room with affordable washer and dryer which is accessible at all times. Furthermore, there is a Lawson right beside the hotel. It is sooo convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

It’s hard to find exactly what I don’t like as it was such a great stay and experience. Probably the only thing is that breakfast ends so early at 9:30am. For us with jetlag, we always miss the breakfast time.

Room was good size for a family of 4 (2 children 11 and 13). We felt there was plenty of room. Did not feel cramped. It was located right in the middle of the action so we did not have far to go to get to the malls, restaurants and train stations. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with hot selections. Probably saved a family of 4 $20-$40 a day. Lots of tables and space in the dining area so never had to worry about finding a table. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to be in the Shinsaibaishi area.

The breakfast selection was great!!! It was indeed a treat every morning. Those pastries are great. It was the best breakfast inclusions compared to the rest of the hotels (Disney Celebration and Shibuya Tokyu Rei) we stayed in our JPN trip. Staffs were all helpful. Doing laundry and getting ices are easy because they are right outside the elevator, unlike others where you need to go somewhere secluded for it. Luggage deliveries are superb. If we only knew that luggage deliveries would be so hard in Tokyo... we would definitely sent our luggages to our last hotel. Tokyo has limited elevators for those with luggages. The room was spacious. We could easily spread our opened large luggages on the floor.

The staff are absolutely lovely and kind! The rooms are small BUT comfortable and manageable. We slept like babies in the comfy AC & sheets. The laundry facilities on 7th floor are limited but great! And if anyone forgot to remove their laundry, the front desk staff is helpful to secure the previous person’s load at the front desk after drying, to allow the next guest to use the dryer. The location is top tier. Walking distance from everything and great food everywhere. 10/10 recommend this hotel!

I like that breakfast is included, no need to worry about getting out even though Lawsons was just beside the building. The food is great, the room is small but it isn't an issue since we are barely in the room since we are out until almost evening time. I liked that they have umbrellas by the lobby to lend so we didnt have to buy one anymore. The location is superb because it is really within a few minutes away from the shopping district Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.

Only issue we had is after using the bath tub on our 2nd night, after draining the water, it flooded in the bathroom. It subsided after a while but it was still a mess. But overall, the experience in the hotel is great.

We had a wonderful time staying at Comfort Hotel! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the shopping area and close to the iconic Glico Man sign, which made sightseeing super easy. We booked two rooms for four people, and everything was comfortable and well-maintained. The daily breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of tasty options to start our day. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay, and we’d definitely return on our next trip!

The hotel's location near Shinsaibashi shopping street allowed us to conveniently drop off our baggage and continue shopping after resting. Additionally, there is a free coffee machine and locker room available.

I believe the hotel should consider upgrading their rooms, as the central AC unit is outdated, and despite cleanliness, the overall appearance is old, including the equipment. The outdated equipment and room makes the rooms looks gloomy. However, it is acceptable for rest, stay, eat and shopping.
