Room was well designed, there is a table but it's not really meant for any deskwork as the position is not designed for it. However, the side sofa helps as there's more sitting area. Can be quite tight if staying for extended no. of nights, not a big issue to some proper space management. There is a huge water dispenser at the lobby which was very helpful for us.

The working space in the lobby requires us to pay which is a bummer as it's quite hard to work from the room.

All of the amenities and services were exceptional! The location is fantastic—close to public transportation, great restaurants, and attractions, yet still peaceful and convenient. In addition, there were two convenience stores next to the hotel. There were also shopping outlets/areas that were only 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Everything from the amenities to the overall atmosphere of the hotel made my stay incredibly enjoyable. I highly recommend the Fairfield by Marriott Osaka Namba to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

A nice large room, comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location is away from the hustle and bustle which can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you came to do. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to Namba station. I had stayed there previously, and will probably do so in the future as well.

The room could use some freshning up. Bathroom counter was stained and so were the tiles in the shower. This is not super important in the grand scheme of things, but it you are going to charge over 200$/night repairing/fixing these little details goes a long way.

The location was great as we could easy drive to all of our destinations with ease. We could also use public transportation easily for those who wanted to go out while others stayed in. It was a great location near Namba. The beds were really comfy.

Everything was great with the stay until the hotel tried to unexpectedly bill us for charges on check out. We paid for our stay through booking.com up front. They should have billed us up front at the time of check in if we had not if the full amount for the breakfast each night made through booking.com was not sufficient. We had showed them our reservation we had made and questioned why they were billing us on the back end. It was very unprofessional of them to do that especially as we asked them to resolve all costs at check in. We paid the parking and tax at time of check in. Also, they had already issued us the breakfast tickets, so we thought we were all set. It made us not trust them.

First time staying at this hotel, comfy bed, room is a bit tight but manageable for 2 adults. Location is a 10 min walk from the namba station and dontonbori area depending on how fast you walk. there are some restaurants beside the hotel but we did not get to try it... there is also a convenience store in the corner.

We arrive around 12nn and our room was not ready and was told to return by 3pm as the check-in is at 3pm. we had our lunch and returned back to the hotel around 3:20pm and was told our room was not yet ready so we had to wait for another 5 - 10 mins which i was expecting to be ready for check-in.

- Room was very modern, clean and well lit - Room was spacious even with 2 big suitcases - we also really appreciated the large couch and seating area near the door - Walkable distance to Dotonbori and Namba - Bed was comfortable and large - Staff were helpful - Toilet was separate to the shower room which we personally prefer - Free water refill station next to reception

- About a 7-10 min walk to the nearest station which is abit tough in summer with luggage - 2 washing machines and dryers for the whole hotel was not enough and was always busy so we ended up having to wait a while for them to free up

Modern and clean hotel not too far from Namba attractions but for the price I would expect more - you cannot use the (automatic) coffee machine or even access cutlery without paying extra (865 yen for a set of cutlery) only drinking water refill available was in the gym, and although this wouldn't matter for a vacation, you also couldn't access the co-working space without paying extra unless you held a certain tier of Marriott membership. I am a member but apparently booking through a third party website (booking.com) means your membership is disregarded.

A relatively big hotel. The entrance lobby was nice, with a seating area and with coffee making facilities, although for a fee. The staff at check-in was kind. The room was large enough for us and nicely decorated. The room had a small sofa and a small table. The TV was quite large. The bathroom was separated from the toilet and the sink. There was a corner with a refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle. There was a designated place to hang clothes, and a shelf for a suitcase. There was also an iron and ironing board. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. There was a laundry facility in the hotel and also a gym. The hotel was in a good location, close to Namba train station and JR Namba station. Lots of shopping and restaurants around Namba station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It was perfect for me! Great location near Namba station, shopping mall and shopping street. Very nice breakfast- good variety, tasty starters with seafood, they make omelette and other egg dishes for you. I really loved the room. In some reviews guests write that sink looks strange in the middle of the room and there is no space to put your belongings. I don’t agree - the room is really spacious and you have moving wall. So you can have different zones - shower + dressing room, bedroom and living room / study (there is nice table with sofa). Excellent cleaning of course! Very convenient bed - mattress, pillow, linen.

Staff at reception could be more knowledgeable about touristic questions (directions, supermarkets).
