Room was larger compared to other hotels. Bed comfortable and bathroom had a full bathtub. Amenities available near reception. Staff can also friendly and can communicate in english well. Hotel is located right beside a 24H grocery store with a good selection of goods. The nearest entrance to Yotsubashi station is also a short distance from the hotel. The only con is that the lobby is also beside the smoking area and the smell can easily escape into the common areas. With regard to the train station, be prepared to take a lot of stairs and to walk as it is a labyrinth once you enter. The exits with escalator and elevator access are about a block away from the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel last year so I booked it again this time, and so I had another great time in Osaka. Friendly and helpful staffs, small but cozy room, great location next to a 24h-food supermarket and metro stations, and in walking distance to Dotonbori area. Our room was next to the elevator but we barely noticed its noise. Another plus is, the onion soup powder they provide for free is very tasty. Here is my 12/10 for this great hotel.

The room I had this time faced to the inner yard so we didn’t see much of the outside/street, but that didn’t matter much as we were out most of the time. And the room gets enough daylight.

Location, Location, Location! The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the metro, right next door, McDonalds, right next door as well as an excellent supermarket right door too. You are also only 10 min walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street which takes you straight to the iconic Dotonbori.

The rooms are small but good enough as you won't be spending much time there. The wi-fi can be patchy at times but overall its ok.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable even though it was small. The room was nice and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near Shinsaibashi and Yotsubashi stations. It's also walking distance from many restaurants, bars, shops, and a pharmacy. Overall great value for money.

There is a smoking area right next to the front door, so the lobby and elevator smelled like smoke at times. The bed was a sagging a bit in the middle, but it was decent enough. The breakfast wasn't great. I would rather go eat at one of the restaurants in the area that open early.

The location was great! Right near the station and a supermarket right down stairs. Coin laundry a 2 min walk away. 20 min walk to namba station through Shinsaibashi shopping street. The room was s alot more spacious than we expected but still smaller than were used to. The room was clean and they offered daily room cleaning which we only used once during our 5 night stay. The hotel staff are really friendly

The pillows were a little soft for my liking however my partner didn't have any issues. I do wish there was another microwave available on the second floor as sometimes there would be a line of people waiting to use the one

The room is bigger than in standard hotels, the round table and the chair in the room is a plus The staff is very friendly and helpful Great location with with 2 metro lines in vicinity, walking distance to Dotonbori hustle and bustle Cleanliness

The train entrance and grocery store were next door to the hotel. Only a 10 minute walk to the Dotonbori arcade . Cristal Mall was a great underground shopping and eating area. Central location in Osaka and easily walk or train to other parts of the city. This was our second stay at this particular hotel.

Great location, easy to access two Metro lines, close to Umeda and Namba. Easy to go to Expo2025. Very convenient grocery shop right to next doors.

Room was rather smaller but with wise organizing you can make it. At the end I would say as expected.

Great location for walking distance and subway access, room was comfortable for 2 with necessities provided. Staff also kindly held our luggage until we could leave to meet our next hotel's check-in time.

Window looked directly into a warehouse loading bay, so blinds needed to always be closed for privacy.

Location : great - walking distance to major line Shinsaibashi Exit 2 (kita Gate ) turn right from lawson follow subway line until reached Starbucks and promenade cafe and take stairs of Yotshubashi Bldg.. you see MCDonalds and then right for AEON market and then hotel Staff : very helpful and attentive. Always readt to assist Breakfast is good but might need variety..
