Facilities are good and new, including washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric furnace, just like an apartment.

Difficult to find hotel location in Shin-Osaka JR station. Need to show more guidance on the hotel website. First go to exit 8 near the North Gate of Shin-Osaka JR station, then you will find exit no. 4 (also the entrance of the metro station). During day time, you can go up the escalator and pass through the flyover to a commercial building with Starbucks coffee shop at the ground floor. Then go out from the building and turn left, walk straight for about 7-8 minutes, you can reach the hotel.

-The hotel was very modern & new looking. We booked a corner suite which was very spacious for 2 adults & 2 teenagers as most hotels would require us to book 2 rooms & be separated. -The separate toilet from the shower & sink room. -The best amenity for us was the in room washer & dryer, it was super so convenient & allowed us to do laundry at our convenience! - There is also a convenient store right across the street from the hotel & the train station was just a few blocks away, although at night the blocks may feel longer as you are exhausted from sightseeing all day.

There were 2 twin beds, a rolling bed/cot like bed and the sofa was converted into the 4th bed which only had a thin mattress on top of a board that my son did not mind but for others it may not be comfortable to sleep on for multiple nights.

The room was great, fairly large for Japan, and had everything I could need. I particularly liked the bathroom setup, with the large shower room. It was also great to have a desk to work at. Breakfast was fairly standard. After a few days staying there the staff on breakfast knew me. The location is fairly quiet at night, but theres 24/7 convenience stores in the area as well as a Saizeria. It's only a 10 minute walk to Shin-osaka station, which I walked a couple of times, but theres a shuttle to and from the station every 20 minutes in each direction which was very handy if I was in a rush or carrying luggage.

The Shin-osaka area is a bit out of the way from most tourist areas, but its well connected to important rail lines. I wanted somewhere quiet to stay anyway.

room was small but still comfortable, we had two single beds, the size of the bed was comfy. Hotel is located close to the metro station, with many stores nearby. staff was very friendly, helpful and polite :)

room size was average, maybe a little too small for people with two big suitcase and hand luggage. check-in machine works not good for oversea customers with more than one room booking, if one person had booked all the rooms at once for the group. it was complicated. seperate payment was not possible at the machine. Staff was friendly and helpful, so we did not need to use machine in the end. (thankfully) Cash payment is possible but not preferred, this was a little sad.

- Location was a bit far to walk from the Shin-Osaka train station (~10-15mins), especially with large luggage - Not many restaurants or other sites nearby

Excellent stay! Though a bit far far from station the shuttle bus is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn and would love to return back. Only feedback would be variety in breakfast while there is good choices in breakfast it is practically the same every day. It got boring after Day3. I mean even the fruits don't change. It's pineapples and oranges. I was hoping to see some melons but nah. Also a live egg station would hv been nice but you can order you eggs. Also they hv some great stuff for vegans. The keema rice was awesome! We had a awesome stay! Thx u team holiday inn.

Fantastic inner-subutb location, 10min walk to Shin Osaka station, tho free minibus runs there every.20min (very difficult to find pickup spot at station until you're used to it); room very large for Japan, everything about it cleverly designed, even bathroom mirror has heating element, several levels of lighting and bluetooth speaker built in, all on finger-touch .. wow .. all the staff were delightful, friendly, helpful .. prob the world's best value hotel EVER .. also: Shin Osaka station to Kyoto less than 20min on Shinkansen train .. wow again .. .

Very close to shin-osaka station (10 minutes to walk). Lawson and gourmet city supermarket were very close. The breakfast buffet costs 15 Euro - it's really big and awesome. Very friendly staff with good english skills. Laundry room with washing machine (detergent included) and dryer. The room had drinking glasses, mugs and small spoons! The fridge was quiet big and had a small freezing box. Very nice free to use Dove Soap, Shower gel, Shampoo and Conditioner!

Can't open the windows. Room was a bit small.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the best part was the adjustable mirror lighting – such a convenient and thoughtful touch! A big plus was the shuttle van service – the driver was always polite and punctual, making transportation very convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! Will definitely stay again.

However, the front desk service didn’t quite meet the standards of a 4-star hotel; during check-in, the staff member didn’t provide any information about the hotel amenities, as I usually experience in other hotels. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

The quality and service we recieved was exceptional for the price. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options that were well labeled. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was ideal and very accessible by all forms of transport. The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable, and they spoke English, which was very helpful and appreciated. I would recommend this location, and I definitely would stay there again.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking.
