Quite eclectic hotel. Great location. We had a sky high floor room. Beautiful with an amazing view over Osaka (23rd floor). Great amenities. A great Refa hair dryer. A well stocked mini bar fridge with sparkling water (something you don’t get easily in Japan), pear juice, beer and other stuff. As well as a mini bar with Tequila, Gin, Whisky, etc. A beautiful gym with great view. We enjoyed the breakfast with 3 different stations including Asian and International. Michelin guide restaurant that we couldn’t try unfortunately because we were told reservations have to be done one day in advance.

Most of the staff was amazing from Nikita at baggage to the checkin and checkout and all the room staff, the spa lady took us on a short tour - it was great. The building and facilities were amazing and neon and fun.

Just the living room bar staff were pretty unfocused, would start a task and then start another and we had to ask for service each time and we ordered a lot of champagne. it was a pity when the rest really lived up to the hype. Also in the amazing room on the 24th floor, with excellent bath and minibar why was the tv in the middle of the view, we spent so long trying to figure out how to raise it up or down out of the view. (It didn't move) View is spectacular none the less.

The hotel was perfectly situated, making it walking distance to most places we wanted to go! The pool, spa and steam room were a great addition to the hotel! Giving us a relaxing place to return after a busy day of shopping and exploring the city. The buffet breakfast was also amazing, which we decided to opt into even though we booked without it. Next time I would definitely include it on my reservation.

Room & Service very good, I don't having breakfast there, but i do go have a look, it very good. Room is interesting, a new Hotel experience. Everyone please keep on eyes of the lighting pattern & word on carpet in the Lift, welcome word of carpet, they keep changing in the morning, afternoon & evening, and the lighting pattern of the lift between going up & down.

Check-in counter area too small, i'm understand the area is limited, but can do something, e.g. waiting guest enjoy a welcome drink in the bar while waiting, instead of standing with a queuing, this queuing style is not suit for this class of Hotel. Bed a bit too soft.

For us, this was one of the highlights of our stay in Japan. We booked the corner room on a higher floor to enjoy the views of Osaka during night time, and boy it did not disappoint! From your room, you have the greatest views of the city through the enormous windows. The windows have automatic curtains and rolling shades on the outside, so a bit of privacy is easily arranged. The room amenities are excellent and the bathtub in the middle of the room is superb. You are also right across Shinsaibashi, so shopping is never far away. We tried the food in the restaurant, and it was excellent as well. It's a bit of a gastronomic experience.

Everything was excellent!

Loved the room itself, the layout and the high tech! Space to sit at the counter and use my laptop while enjoying a coffee. And a sofa to sit on and watch TV. The bedroom is separate from the living space and has good views with floor to ceiling windows. The bed was large and very comfy and the bathroom was like having your own mini spa! Loved the huge shower and the bath.

Nothing bad to write about. The staff were accommodating and the whole experience was memorable! Other hotels should live up to the standards set by the W Osaka! Highly recommended. A+

W Osaka was situated only minutes from the famous Dotonbori street. The hotel itself is a fun and vibrant vibe. Rooms are extremely comfortable and the service at the hotel was exceptional. We stayed during Christmas and the only thing we didn't anticipate was that all the restaurants in the hotel would be booked out for the entire duration of our stay however the team at the W did do everything they could to assist us. Buffet breakfast was exceptional

Only thing that we didn't enjoy was the noise from the street with the loud bikes however again the hotel did everything they could to assist.

All the Japanese customer service representatives were very kind and professional overall. Excellent housekeeping service, very thoughtful and helpful.

Non-Japanese staff lady at the lobby counter spoke quite loudly during check-in and check-out. I understand her enthusiasm but it would be wonderful if she could lower her volume slightly to create a more pleasant environment for everyone. Thank you !

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Modern, clean, amazing view, all possible comforts, great restaurant and excellent food (chef is Italian). Beautiful details and totally sound proof rooms, comfortable beds, great shower and bath tub, excellent products. Amazing indoor swimming pool (kids not allowed)

Can get quite crowded at breakfast, sweet options are very far from the savory options so you may have to travel a bit to get your food and go back to eat.
