A lovely hotel situated in the heart of Ginza. The room was a good size with a big double bed that was comfortable for the two of us. The air conditioning was so powerful which we loved, as the average temps outside hit about 35 celsius each day. So this was a big bonus for us and made our stay a lot more pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, there was a bit of a language barrier from english > japanese but to be expected! We had breakfast there in their dining area one morning and it was amazing. A really varied, tasty selection of foods which was in a buffet style. The lady who was cooking and arranging the food was so lovely and came over to tell me that I could take as much as I want as she didn't want any wastage. I did my best but only so much I could eat! The location is great, with some amazing bars and off the beaten path eateries within walking distance. You're also only a 15-20 min walk away from Tokyo Station and all that has to offer too, so we were well placed to take in all the sights as well as jump onto a train.

Everything is as expected and actually much better. I think the value for money is good and also the location is fantastic. Rooms were fine. I don’t know why people complain about how small they are. They are relatively small but I don’t see this as a problem - you don’t go to Tokyo to stay at the hotel - They also give a lot of goods specially for shower and hygiene something I truly value a lot. The bed is considerably comfortable.

There were two things that I didn’t enjoy. Both of them were advised beforehand so is not anyone’s to blame: - the first is the breakfast. They were very explicit and clear on the type of breakfast but at the end it wasn’t for me. Although I do see people enjoying it and is also a part of the experience. - the other one is the elevator. One elevator for all the floors seems to be just not enough. I wasn’t able to find the -non- emergency stairs so I wasn’t able to use it.

The location of the hotel was great, it was quiet in the evening. and we also didn't hear any neighbours. Checkout was quick - since we had no extra charge, we just put out key card into a box and off we were. The amenities were very comfortable, one of the best pyjamas we have had :) A small fun thing was that we were able to see a mini tori gate on the roof of the neighbouring building.

My partner is a smoker and it was challenging for him to find public smoking places nearby. The officiall smoking place which the hotel recommended wasn't open 24/7

The accommodations offered a compact room, which was in line with the pricing structure typically associated with such facilities. While the dimensions of the shower area were somewhat limited, this minor inconvenience did not detract significantly from the overall experience. In fact, every other aspect of the stay exceeded expectations, contributing to an enjoyable and satisfactory visit. The quality of service, cleanliness, and amenities provided were commendable and reflected a commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, despite the modest size of the room and shower, the experience was overwhelmingly positive.

The position is close to Tokyo station but still very quiet. Also close to Kyobashi station which is very convenient for accessing the subway. The hotel is also closely located to many good restaurants. The staff were excellent, kind and extremely helpful.I like staying at APA hotels because the beds are big and roomy, and they have the best pillows which make for a very comfortable night sleeping. I always know I’m going to have a restful night when I stay at this chain, and this hotel was no different.

ot really an issue for me, but it is quite a compact hotel, and they no doubt have bigger rooms. I was travelling as a solo traveller, and I’m quite happy with small rooms. I know some people like more space, but I was totally fine. if you have stayed at APA hotels in the past, you will find them to be very similar.

This was my second stay at an APA hotel, and like the others, it was compact but very well appointed. The rooms are small—as expected in central Tokyo—but they have everything you need, and the space is used efficiently. While the price still feels a little high for the room, it is a value option comparative to other Tokyo hotels and is a solid choice for a one- or two-night stay, especially if you’re out and about most of the time. I always feel safe and comfortable staying here as a solo traveller, and I appreciate the consistency across the APA brand.

The hotel is in a central location very close to trains and busses. The room was on the small size but adequate as we were only there to wash and sleep. The rooms were quiet and spotless with many amenities provided. The bed was very comfortable as a single person in a double size bed. Breakfast was interesting as I had never experienced a Japanese style meal before - very good coffee. We walked to many attractions and parts of Tokyo from our motel due to the central location. It was easy to find with Google maps as we came straight from Narita late at night. Any very quick to check out with a drop box for the keycard. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Localization in a quiet street near subway station, good restaurants and walking distance to Tokyo Central Station - trains to Kioto and Osaka, network of metro lines, taxi stands, information and walking distance to Emperors Palace.

Very small room for travelers with 2 bug suitcases. We had to open one at the time on our bed. Bed was big and comfortable. Mini bathroom with complicated water distributor to shower and sink.

Check In was very fast, easy and the reception was super friendly and professional. Great service, staff and great location. Unfortunately I cannot remember the staff's name anymore who checked me in and the one who checked me out. Both of them gave me a good impression of my arrival and departure of my trip. So thank you :). Close to a train station and not far from Haneda Airport.

It was a bit small the room but I think since it is because it is a Hotel for business people. I have traveled alone with a huge luggage it was no problem for me. But if you are trying to travel as a couple or with another company it could be too tight. Room service did a great job but they seemed a bit stressed? And where quiet noisy in the morning. But nonetheless they did their job great. My room was very clean so I am happy.

This hotel situated in Ginza district, closest to Tokyo central station, kyobashi, and takaracho metro station. Absolutely strategic location. Despite of crowd location, this hotel has great sound proof facilities that makes comfort inside the room. The room is narrow but all you need is sufficiently acccomodated. All facility is in hi-tech. The breakfast menu is Japanese style. The staffs are very helpful and have a good english skill.
