The location is fantastic: very close to multiple metro stations, restaurants, cafes, 7/11s etc. The check in/out were very easy to do with the machines in the lobby. You could also use the same machines to change your bills into smaller ones, which came in very handy. The bathroom in our room was spacious. It had decent counterspace to put my skincare on and I also liked the closed off bathing area a lot. The janitors also give you new toothbrushes, body wash towels, towels, q-tips, bottled water, etc every day. The staff were lovely and we had no issues communicating in english. Everyone working there was very polite.

There's a lot of dust under the bed, vents and other slightly more hard to reach places, so keep that in mind if you're hyperallergic. There were also multiple hairs in the bathtub when we arrived and we also had the pleasure of stepping on someones toenails on our first day staying at the hotel. The elevator always stops at the 3rd floor (floor for the front desk), which is a little bit annoying.

Great location - close to Tokyo Station. The room was clean, and they provided fresh towels, slippers, water, warm eye patch, etc. even if you don't have your room cleaned. They also had free amenities in the lobby (bath salts, face products, coffee, etc.) The bathroom has a separate tub and standing shower. Very clean, good water pressure. There's also a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. Staff were polite and were able to communicate in English. Checkout was a breeze... just use the machine.

Nothing we didn't like. We were very pleased with our stay.

We wanted to be near Tokyo Station, so this hotel was a great choice for us. It took less than 10 minutes to walk from the station (Yaesu Exit) to the hotel and vice versa. It was convenient to have a 7-Eleven on the ground floor of the building (and if I remember correctly, there are other 7-Elevens within a few blocks). There are some restaurants near the hotel, and Tokyo Station offers more options. The room we had was clean and quiet and of a decent size (a bit tight but not constantly bumping into each other or furniture). I liked the rain shower, and there were beauty products and tea bags in the lobby for guests to choose from.

Nothing significant. We wished there were hooks in the room to hang up our towels. Microwave ovens and vending machines are available only on certain floors, and the space seemed to have little ventilation and could get very warm and uncomfortable.

We really appreciated the location as it was only a 100m from the local subway station Kyobashi. It was in a really nice part of Tokyo and was good to come back here to get away from the hustle and bustle. There were plenty of good restaurants within 5 min walk and there was a 7 Eleven at the bottom entrance which was very handy. Will definitely consider staying here again if we are lucky enough to get back to Tokyo. The Rooms weren't large but they were very comfortable and always really clean. My Daughters shared a room and there were 3 of them and it was large enough even for all their travel wear. Also used the Laundry facilities on a couple of occasions and this was very handy.

The hotel is conveniently situated about a 5 minute walk from the Yaesu Central Exit of Tokyo Station. Near the exit is Yaesu bus terminal which has direct bus services to Narita airport which run at regular intervals throughout the day. The hotel is adjacent to a convenience store with several eating options close by. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. By Tokyo standards, the room was a very good size with a fair amount storage space; the bathroom was also a good size. For me, the onsite coin laundry proved extremely useful and something I always look for when looking at hotel options. I have stayed at several Daiwa Roynet Premier hotels and have never been disappointed with my choices.

Nothing.

I'm from London so although this hotel might seem expensive to others in comparison to what I'm used to it's very good value for the amazing location just 5 minutes from Tokyo station. It's a small double room but the most important things are done perfectly: amazing beds linens and pillows, amazing power shower and WC and fully soundproofed with blackout curtains. The only reason I didn't give 10 is because due to the size of the room one person has to climb onto the double bed which is up against the wall

That the double bed is up against the wall so the second person has to climb in. Apart from that perfect

Clean, efficient. great location near Tokyo Station, which is convenient for moving around, especially if one is doing day trips outside the city or coming from the airport. Rooms are spacious for Tokyo. Nice toiletries available for guests on the check-in level. Helpful staff.

A but anonymous, business style hotel. Other than that, only one main thing: the refrigerator in the room was clean to the eye, but it smelled so rotten inside that we couldn’t use it or even open it. we probably should have alerted the hotel staff that it needed to be sanitized, but we were a but too busy to bother. This is the only reason that I didn’t give the hotel’s cleanliness the highest rating, but to be fair, everything else was impeccably clean. Not a lot of good restaurant choices very close to the hotel, but there are good places within walking distance if one is ready to walk a but further.

Great location, close to Tokyo Station, Ginza, and subway lines. The property is situated in a business district that resembles a very clean and orderly Manhattan. Nice vibe in the area, very different from the overcrowded Shibuya & Shinjuku regions. It’s a good “home base” for exploring the rest of Tokyo. We stayed in a room with a king-sized bed. There is adequate space and the bathrooms were clean. I liked their faucet system of showering and filling the tub simultaneously; just wash up and immediately soak down. A big plus for having 3 full size washer/dryer machines on the 9th floor. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was not overly friendly but conducted their business in a professional and efficient manner. It would be nice if they provided luggage service to the airports.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. It has become our go to place in Tokyo. It is clean, quiet, feels safe and is convenient to Tokyo Station as well as being just steps away from the Ginza line. It has laundry facilities which is very helpful.

Though the laundry is very convenient, it takes about 3 hours to wash and dry a load so factor in the time. Also the person before us left their laundry in the combo washer/dryer for a couple of hours after their load was done. You enter a PIN number so no one else is able to take your laundry out, which is great but people need to be considerate about coming back on time. I was told that we can get hotel staff to take the clothes out but I didn't want to bother them...I think I will next time. It was annoying going back and forth to the laundry room just to see the same load sitting there.

Room is spacious, the toilet and bath are good. Convenience store just at downstairs is a plus. The on site laundry is good to have.

The pillows were bad, too soft on its own and not comfortable if you stack it up. You will be better to stack some folded towels to help find a better position. Regarding the on site laundry, while it’s good to have, only 3 machines available; and if not are not lucky you may run into selfish lodgers that do not collect their clothes on time.
