Very good breakfast with lot of choices. The food varieties change a bit everyday. The staff are helpful. The place is convenient & very near two metro stations, namely Kokusai-tenjijō Station & Ariake Sta. There are 6 coined washing machines with washing liquid included.

The restaurant is a bit small so need to wait for 10-15 min for seating in the morning busy hours. The drying function of the washing machines is not effective & better dry the clothes by itself as the room is already quite dry. I paid ¥300 each for 30 min for 3 times and my clothes do not get dry yet.

Accomodating and professional staff; brand new infrastructure; efficient room lay-out design (everything needed is available in a compact space); exceptionally clean; square-facing room very quiet; laundry facilities effective and easy to use; good quantity of ammenities provided; good mix of Japanese and Western food at breakfast buffet; egg station at breakfast buffet; Brew33 bar comes with great big wall TV for sports viewing and offers a small but good quality menu (try the sake); great gym facilities; 7-11 and Lawson convenience stores right downstairs; a Western style café (Doutor coffee) and a Japanese soba noodle store inside Kokusai Tenjijō subway station; the hotel is right outside of the subway station making it a very convenient starting point to explore Tokyo (30 minutes by subway to Tsukiji fish market); the hotel is relatively close to Haneda airport (45 minutes by subway, 30 minutes by taxi even with traffic). To sum-up: Unbeatable location, especially if you are coming for exhibitions at Tokyo Big Sight. The hotel just opened in December 2024 but everything works great!

Smoke-free ban not strictly enforced (could smell slight smoke in the bathroom coming from the venting pipe); consistent brekafast buffet items available (might feel repetitive after 5 days); might have to wait a little in line for breakfast, especially close to the entry cut-off time at 10:00 (buffet available till 10:20, eating allowed till 10:30); the immediate surrounding area has been developed only over the last 20 years, the closest building offering a variety of restaurants is about a 5-10 minute walk. To sum-up: If you are adamant about food variety and/or Michelin grade restaurants being close-by, it might be slightly disppointing.

I organised a surprised cake for my daughter. They were 1 hr delayed due to a busy breakfast schedule, which I understand as I requested it for 7am. It turns out that they did not charge me for the cake, which I was not expecting. All I want is to surprise my daughter with something. The cake was lovely. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay overall and the cookies, too🍪. The best location ever, so near to the train station and 711.😂👍

Breakfast spread was good, especially the ‘all mix omelet’ and the freshly baked muffins. The location of the hotel is very convenient for tourists. The gardens in front of the hotel are maintained very well. The tulips 🌷 were very colorful and beautiful

Drinking water provided in room was very less. Also very long wait to get table allotted for breakfast

I like the location. It's next to the station. There's a convenience store on the first floor. For the room, I booked the family room this time. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom was separated to the toilet. The breakfast was pretty good. They offer Continental and Japanese, not too many selections.

I didn't like the reception. It was too long to get your key card. It's better to use their machines. The receptionist was not Japanese obviously. He can speak English pretty well but I feel unwelcome with his tone of speaking. The receptionists didn't greet when you pass by the front desk. The sofa has stains and it does not smell well when I entered the room. They did not give me the room I wanted as I requested. I wanted a room on a higher floor with nice view.

I loved the room and especially the massage chair. The room had everything I needed and the wifi was good! All over n great stay though! Staff was very friendly and professional.

My only comment would be on the breakfast, the quality was not bad at all, it's just the type of food Japanese people eat for breakfast seem to not be the same as some other western parts of the world so it was not the best option for me and ended up going to starbucks.

Comfortable room and good size for Tokyo. Breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was easy access to airport.

Not a lot of food options nearby if you are after Japanese food. Really loud traffic noise from the busy highway from street racing cars on a Saturday night - although this would depend on which way the room faces

Great hotel to stay in Tokyo! It is very near the Rinkai line (it is like a monorail) - however, not close to the main tourist attractions.

The breakfast is not very good for vegans. However, on a positive note, there are cards on every food item indicating the main allergens and restricted ingredients. The queen bed is a little small, but it suited a couple.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - we were able to leave our bags there before check-in, and we were able to get late checkout. The beds were extremely comfortable, the view was great and the location was excellent. Close to central Tokyo, but a lot less busy!

Doubletree by Hilton Tokyo Ariake is a modern hotel that was very clean and well run. The room had a view of the Tokyo skyline. The coffee in the lounge area was exceptional. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was very good. The hotel is adjacent to the Ariake transit station which makes it easy to access the train system.

Not much to dislike.
