The room was ok. I wish it was a bit bigger but then again it is Japan.

One thing that I didn’t like about this hotel was not able to check my bags early or at least for the hotel to keep my bags until check in time. This made my trip difficult in carrying my luggage all over town until 3pm.

Very conveniently located with an easy access from both Higashi Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku 3-chome Station. Just a several minutes walk to major entertainment / F&B area of Kabukicho but the hotel itself is in a not noisy area which is good for stay. The hotel is relatively new and clean. Seems well maintained. Check in / out was also very smooth. Rate was very reasonable and overall the experience here was very nice.

We booked it at a low price compare to other hotels. And the location is very convenient to train station and shops.

The toilet has a smell, it’s like a urine or something…

Small room, that might be normal for the price range. Had a nice bathroom, big shower next to bathtub. Also had a bidet. Not too far of a walk to the Kabukicho Red light district. Five minute cab ride to train station

Simple, but comfortable. The breakfast, very Japanese, very good.

The only thing is that beds are very small, so if you go with your partner and enjoy space, it is better to book two rooms.

Was a solo traveller so it was comfy and plenty of room

People can smoke so the floor can smell bad, but they do give you a humidifier.

The staff were very friendly helping us out at 9pm when our other accommodation failed. The room was exceptionally clean with mini fridge included.

The room was a smoking room- however definitely recognise this was a last minute booking with no non-smoking rooms left. Rooms a bit small for 3 people with large suitcases.

Only one card for the room (2 people) and couldn't let our luggages before and after check-in/check-out

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location to get to the different ski resorts.

Lost my phone when checking out of the hotel and the staff helped look for it after leaving the hotel they found my phone and made every effort to contact me to return it. very helpful and friendly staff.
