Small hotel in Ginza with limited facilities and relatively compact rooms, but everything was high quality, clean and well thought out. Despite being on the 2nd floor in central Tokyo it was very quiet and we slept well. Mixed Japanese and Western breakfast. Western breakfast a bit limited and pastries not the best, but Japanese breakfast was good. Miso soup was not vegetarian having sakanadashi not shitakedashi. Fish stock is the more traditional form, but excludes some people from what would be a nice, tasty Japanese breakfast experience.

There wasn't really enough space in the room to open cases. There was a large frosted window between the bathroom and bedroom. Maybe a privacy issue for some if you were travelling with friends or colleagues, but more of an issue is when you turn the light on in the bathroom it lights the bedroom too.

Unable to do laundry during our stay due to holidays

This was our last hotel in our honeymoon in Japan. It's conveniently located in a good street in Ginza, with a few great coffee shops just round the corner, and a short walking distance to public transport, eateries and of course all the shopping Ginza has to offer! The room was spacious enough, comfy bed and good shower and bath tub. It was quiet an convenient, and a good value for money. The staff were kind and accommodating, and helped us book a taxi to Tokyo station.

The hotel wasn't entirely clear about their cleaning schedule and policies - we didn't want our room cleaned but were still asked about it several times.

The location was a decent walk from the main Tokyo station, but had easy access to plenty of other metro and subway stations around the Ginza area. The location is right at the main high end Ginza shopping district, with plenty of options for dinning. Easy access to Family Mart, 7 Eleven and other high-end shopping stores in Ginza. The room sizes were the biggest we found in all of our stops in Japan so we were pleasantly surprised.

We had asked for adjacent rooms to be assigned - but at check-in the reception stated that it was not possible because of the type of rooms requested.

We really loved the location of the hotel, it’s a minute or two walk from a lovely shopping street on Ginza and only a couple of stops on train to Shibuya so easy to navigate. The staff here at the hotel were soo friendly and helpful, it is our first time in Japan and for this as our first experience of hotels was excellent. The Rooms are small but this is to be expected in Tokyo and we still managed with two adults and two large suitcases and two hand luggage suitcases just fine. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels left. We will defo be recommending to any friends that are coming to Tokyo to stay here and if we are ever lucky enough to be back we would 100% book here again.

Breakfast was an excellent variety of Japanese and American foods. I looked forward to eating there every morning. Location is only a few minutes walk to Ginza Six. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants including two Family Marts and 1 7-Eleven. The convenience stores are so good, way better than what we have in the U.S..

The rooms are extremely small. It is difficult to have two suitcases open at the same time. There is no gym or laundry facility.

Location’s great. Rooms were tight for even average size couple. Bathroom is modern and clean. Staff cleaned the rooms daily unless requested otherwise but , they clean every 3dys mandatory. 24hr desk was great as we had early departures to Hiroshima and same for return to Narita T2. Breakfast staff were very courteous. Received help from desk staff for finding closest Japan post box. Use of Google Translate in real time voice conversation is a big help.

Room size is very tight. Bed pillows were too soft to be supportive. Bed is very tight to the window hence, going into and out of bed on only on side very awkward, especially for elderly couples. Lack of English or partial English channels on TV.

Very good location. The room was clean and came with a bath tub and shower. The staff were nice and spoke English. We had a bit of an emergency and the staff who helped us was super accommodating. He helped sort everything out

The room for 2 people was very small. Not a lot of space if you're travelling with big suit cases. We had the JR Pass and the nearby stations available didn't really take the JR Pass . Tokyo station is only one stop from Yurakuchou Station but it is a bit of a walk I would say 10mins. It's not long but difficult when carrying a small and large suitcase.

Very nice and clean hotel located at a very convenient location, a little far from hustle and bustle, though. The area is mainly a business area but we liked a lot as a family. The rooms are smaller than usual but very clean and comfy. Some complimentaries are provided, too. Staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great with many options. The caretakers in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful too. I would definitely want to stay there again..

I found it pricey though..

Typically, small Tokyo room was well appointed and modern - well set out and comfortable. Breakfast was great beyond expectations. Location brilliant 800metres to Tokyo Central Station and 500 metres to Ginza boutique shopping. Staff went above and beyond to help. Restaurant served great lunches and dinners as well as breakfast.

could have had a bigger lobby area, but this was minor.
