Clean, quiet hotel, comfortable beds, short walk to train, restaurants and convenience stores. Staff was helpful and was able to hold our bags after checkout while exploring the area until. We had to catch a train to the airport. Great value for the price compared to other places we have stayed.

Nothing we didn't like, but know that the rooms are small. We expected the size when reserving which we found very similar to other rooms we have stayed in for a higher price in Tokyo.

I don't know if this hotel is a new one, but the room, the bathroom and the linen etc were very clean and tidy. Despite the small size room , the hotel placed the bed on top of the safe and the refrigerator, which increased the usable area by quite a bit, now I can even store my suitcase under the bed. The corridor is wide and bright, the room was quiet. Although this hotel is not a big one, it has two elevators, that means you don't have to wait long to get one. In spite of the fact that the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, it only takes 4 minutes to walk to Hatchobori station, and there are plenty of restaurants around.

Sorry, not much I can think of.

-The accommodation was overall very comfortable, very modern and clean. -The location is great if you want to visit more traditional parts of Tokyo where there are not as many tourists as in Shinjuku or Shibuya. -At the same time it's very easily accessible from Tokyo main station. -There's a laundry machine on premises which is perfect for longer travels. -Very obliging staff with a great level of English.

-There was only one big blanket for two people which was quite thick and hence it was too warm during the night. -The room was a bit too small.

Well connected to metro and train. Direct line to Disney resorts. Room was SO clean and well appointed. Great water pressure and deep soaking tub. Bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Breathable bedding - slept very well. Quiet rooms and helpful staff.

The rooms were tiny and the electrical outlets were not convenient for two people charging devices.

It's clean, good design of the room to utilize the space smart. It's compact room but feeling cozy and comfy not crowded. The bed is high so u can use the space underneath the bed for luggage. Blinds totally block the light Which is amazing. Very helpful reception staff as well.

Only thing i m not so happy with is that the fridge？is a little bit noisey with the functioning noise.

Quiet location a bit away from the middle of Tokyo. Room was spotlessly clean and compact, as is the norm in Japan. Staff were lovely and helpful and spoke enough English to make communication easy. Optional breakfast was tasty. Wifi was good. Laundry room came in useful.

Only thing worth noting - the beds in our twin room were pushed together and there was no room to separate them.

Excellent location. Its right next to the station and allows you to go to all the sites relatively quick. The compact twin room was small, but we knew that, and it served its purpose

10am check out feels too early

Everything was very clean and new, reception desk was also always very helpful and responsive even before the arrival :) Hotel is located right next to metro station, 20 mins walk from Tokyo station, the area is also surprisingly quiet in the night (for the central district of such a big city).

I wouldn’t call it a negative (wasn’t a problem for us specifically) but if you’re taller than 190 cm, be prepared that you might not be able to fully stretch your legs on the bed (we had standard room, might be different for more expensive ones).

We loved our stay here. For a budget friendly hotel, the room and space in the room was good. It could have been seen as crowded but it was ok for us! comfy beds, fridge, safe, hangers, kettle, and toiletries! 15 min walk to Tokyo Station and took us about 20/30 mins to get to Disney! Ideal for our week stay. We tried the breakfast which was roughly £5 and again you could pack up your takeaway box and go back for more. 100% would recommend if you are considering staying here for your trip to Tokyo!

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, solid and plentiful breakfast with a range of choice

Rooms are very small is the only downside. Aside from beds there is not much other space to move around but that is the only negative thing and understandably I imagine space is hard to come by in Tokyo
