The hotel is in a great spot just about an 8-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, which makes it super convenient for travel. However, the walk is uphill, so if you’re carrying luggage (like we were), be prepared for a bit of a workout! 😅 Once you get there, the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay just wear good shoes if you’re arriving with bags!

Location is on the slope, abit challenging to to walk from Shinagawa train station if your are carrying luggages.

I like location of the hotel, walking distance from Shinagawa station, which easy to many train lines and Shinkansen. The room is clean and hotel provided necessary stuffs in the room. I would like to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located on the slope, so it may not good for someone who carry many stuffs walking from the station to the hotel. This is only concern I have.

Comfortable 3-star hotel with complete amenities and helpful staff. Though it's around 550meters fr the station, if you have luggages, it is quite a struggle going to the hotel but if you are travelling light, this is a good budget hotel for your Tokyo travels.

You could hear people in the hallway returning to their room, but it wasn't a major issue.

A short walk away from Shinagawa station, just note you do have to do go up a gradual hill so if you do have lots of large suitcases something to note of especially if you have any mobility issues! Staff was so friendly and helpful in giving us information and checking us in, felt a homely sense when we arrived Can access the bullet train from Shinagawa and also direct trains into Tokyo which sometimes we didn’t mind You can grab anything you need from downstairs to take up to your room You’ve got pretty much all you need in your room, as we only really used the room to sleep in it was perfect for us Hotel also has a restaurant downstairs which can be nice if you wanted some food and didn’t want to go far, you can also uber food to the hotel and comes pretty quick but there are combinis nearby you can stock up on to bring back home Overall great value for price so you’re not paying extreme prices in central Tokyo, thank you staff!

Was a little struggle to get all our luggage in but that’s more of our problem since we was buying a lot of stuff so needing more suitcases I’m sure staff would let you keep some behind the counter if you asked them to!

It's a nice little hotel with no frills. economical and a great location. they have everything needed in the room. also lounge has free tea and coffee. Breakfast is nice, even though exactly same every day, it still is quite filling. They also have money exchange machine and it was very helpful, so I could exchange my dollars and Euros as and when needed. Overall very good stay.

Rooms are little small. But I suppose they must be having larger rooms too. Early check is difficult and one has to pay per hour basis. Little consideration for senior citizens, specially for those who have travelled by a long haul flight will be better. However reception staff was very helpful and I got my room with early check in.

This is a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We actually stayed on 2 occasions, once with breakfast and once without. I highly recommend the breakfast. There is a guest room with newspapers, and complimentary pod coffee. There is also a laundry (did not use) and vending machines. I would stay again, and Shinagawa as a location is excellent, Close to Haneda airport, and the Shinkansen stops at Shinagawa also. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the station, and there are many dinner options close by.

The location is very convenient for travelling, as Shinagawa station is a good hub for both the Airport and getting to central Tokyo areas. The breakfast is good, and the staff is very nice and helpful. A high level of service, the staff were very good at English. This is a very good starting and ending stay for your trip to Japan.

For my stay, nothing. I would however point out, that the hotel is about 400 meters from the station, and of that about 300 meters are uphill (about 15 meter elevation from bottom to hotel), this can be an issue if you have problems walking or carry excessive amounts of luggage.

The room was quite big compared to others in Japan. The location was quite good and walkable from the train station although the walk from the station to the hotel was uphill. Generally this is okay but not in the rain as experienced by us. We booked a taxi from the hotel to the station upon departing as it was still raining, two days later. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well managed.

There were no wardrobes in the room. OK as we only stayed two nights. We preferred shower facilities rather than bath tubs. Hotel should have a mix of these facilities.
