The staff were always friendly to approach and have kept our room clean daily. It’s nearer to Higashi-Shinjuku Station and would be the better station to go to.

The laundry room only had 2 washing machines and it takes 2 hours for a laundry job to complete. A lot of other tourists were using it and we had to wait for quite some time to get our laundry done.

Very comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom, superb daily housekeeping and wonderful location. Room was very quiet despite us being on the 2nd floor. Staff were wonderful, very accommodating and always addressed our concerns immediately. Good internet throughout the hotel. Having access to washing/drying machine was very helpful. Great coffee bar downstairs in the lobby and a wonderful roof top bar.

Initial room was very small, needed to upgrade to a larger room (additional cost of course). Both rooms were a bit dated, walls were scratched up a bit, stand-up lamp and a swinging chair in room were not needed-took up valuable space. There was not enough storage space, my wife and I had to practically live out of our suitcases. Had some issues with the air conditioning which was resolved by maintenance staff..

Great location in Shinjuku - so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were initially worried about the room (due to some bad reviews on booking.com), but ours was a decent size (for Japanese standards) and comfortable with our own private bathroom. Our room was also quiet and we had a great view of Shinjuku. The rooftop bar is also fantastic with amazing views! Would definitely return.

Not too much of an issue but it’s about a 10-15 min walk to any station. Some families may not like Shinjuku area due to love hotels being close by etc but as a couple we thought this hotel and area was fantastic!

The hotel itself was well maintained and thoughtfully decorated. It had a nice little courtyard leading up to the front door, which was a nice way to enter. The breakfast buffet was a nice selection of Japanese and Western foods. The staff was always helpful and courteous, and the rooms were sparkling clean with plenty of nice touches. The bathtub and shower in our room (Superior / Mature) were excellent. There was very little space for unpacking clothes, but we made it work.

Great location in Kabukicho between two train stations. Easy check-in and check-out process. If coming from the US, it's a typical smaller room but it was tidy and service was great. Overall a great stay and would stay again at this price point.

Interior of the rooms feels a little old but overall has been taken care of well, so everything in the room was in working order. Breakfast is a little over priced for the quality but convenient if you have a family/group.

I was lucky enough to have the same staff member helping me out with everything, and she was super helpful and nice. All the usual amenities were provided, and storage of luggage was available. The room was modern and clean. The cafe on the ground floor was great, again the staff were lovely. Same with the bar, which has great city views. The location is within walking distance of Shinjuku station and all the popular spots in Shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good, well mixed Asian and western food. Room was clean and cleaned on a daily basis and it had a nice view. Service, especially restaurant staff was awesome. Very lively area - bars, restaurants, supermarkets, metrostation - all in walking distance. Best tea I have ever tried was on that breakfast buffet. It is called „tearth“, sweet honey. Try it, trust me. Restaurant view is beautiful.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive over 1 week, too little variety from day to day. I did not like the laundry experience at all. Gigantic hotel - 2 washing/ drying machines. I went 5+ times and they were aways being used. People waited for 1/2h just to get their clothing washed… I ended up using a coin laundry nearby. The room was small. This is to be expected from Tokyo. In comparison - for the same price you get 3-4 more Square meters as in other hotels. Room could have used some designer decorations. It felt too plain.

Excellect staff. Room was was a decent size for 2 people, well kept with lots of amenities. Rooftop bar is great. Laundry facilities are very helpful. Location is very central to food and entertainment.

Not necessarily a bad thing for some people but the location is within a more adult centric area of the city so I would probably not recommend to families with younger children.

I think this hotel is great for the price point and have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are clean and it’s in a convenient location close to Shinjuku station and a couple others. Nice rooms for the price. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and a nice view.

The rooms can differ across the same room type (in my case the economy room), which could be why the reviews are polarized. The first couple of times the room seemed newer and nicer with big vertical windows. The most recent time, the room had a smaller horizontal window and a lot of the floor space was taken up by a built-in couch, so it was harder to open luggage (but manageable).
