I specifically chose the hotel due to the size of the room and the triple bed. Bathroom was so large in fact that 2 people can easily be in there at the same without getting in each others way. There was a tub with very powerful jets. The room was spacious for 3 people and a rarity to be found in Tokyo. The grounds are beautiful and magical and hotel staff were really helpful and attentive.

I hate to give this hotel any negative criticism because the size of the room, the immaculate gardens and customer service was a 10/10 but the hotel is a bit dated. The rooms are showing its wear and tear and the shower did have some black mold in it. The toilet room, tub, vanity and sink area was exceptionally clean but the shower for some reason wasn’t paid the same attention at all.

I loved the, for Tokyo or anywhere, huge room. I liked the huge and stunning garden with the gorgeous lights etc. Really such a pleasant experience. I also liked that one could just bring the room key to get the prepaid breakfast, rather than having to bring coupons. Staff were also very accommodating and friendly. I liked that it’s so close to a Shinkansen station.

I didn’t like the area so much. It feels a bit out of the way, but it’s very easy to get to other areas of Tokyo with the train station being so close. The view from our room was of a building site, which was a bit unpleasant, but the city is constantly changing, and who knows how the view will change once it’s completed. Although the lobby was modern and looked luxurious, the rooms and bathrooms were a bit old, and in need of an update.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. I went to breakfast with my 1 year old son by ourselves in the morning. There was a staff constantly helping us get food and drinks. I was able to feed my son and also enjoyed my own breakfast at the same time. It was a big help to me. I also impressed with the staff who was greeting in front of the hotel was always smiling. Very good costumer service you will never get in the US. The hotel itself was very clean, big room space, 5 minutes walk to Shinagawa station, very convenient! Definitely worth the price you pay.

Quality of premises and feel of luxury. Spacious room with comfortable bedding. Staff and house keeping were excellent. Beautiful garden and close proximity to other “Prince hotels”. Walking distance to Shinagawa station.

Pool not open prior to July 20. Seems to be common with Tokyo hotels but doesn’t make sense to me with 30’C temp since late June / early July. My son was devastated and it does take away from the perfect “holiday feel”. Noise from next-door construction work.

Location was a few minutes from the Shinagawa train station which was great. Japanese garden with the Carp pond within the grounds was fab especially at night. Gym and relaxation room was ace. Hot whirlpool, sauna was great too.

Food was very expensive. Room didn't cool even when set to lower temperatures. Informed the management and someone came and cleaned the filters, didnt help much.

Exceptional room size for Japan. Large bathroom with spa bath. The gardens connecting the three Prince hotels was gorgeous. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and location was 5 mins walk to the Shinagawa train station which made accessing the rest of Tokyo easy.

We enjoyed the stay with nothing we didn’t like.

Beautiful garden right outside of the hotel, was great for the kids to explore and run around. The rooms were spacious and clean.

A couple of miscommunications from the staff gave us issues with room service and check out. But they were sure to be fast in finding solutions to remedy the situation.

The Sakura bloom in the hotel is outstanding and is hard to find. Absolutely amazing. Closeness to the Shinagawa JR station is a huge bonus.

The guest facilities while at the hotel could have been better.

Arrived before check-in and our rooms were ready so we could check in early. Booked 2 rooms and they placed us opposite each other on the same floor - very convenient. Japanese garden lit up at night was amazing! Staff were lovely, rooms were spacious and very accomodating to westerners (with accessories provided). Luggage storage was also very useful.

It was very pricey
