Close to many transit stations and Tokyo Dome area. Nice room (green superior room) and nice colours/ presentation / cleanliness.

If you are a light sleeper, the hotel is close to train tracks and road but a fairly quiet neighbourhood. It wasn’t a problem for us but you could bring earplugs if this would bother you.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unique and vibrant color concept, playful yet calming in the best way. The hotel was spotless, incredibly well-maintained, and had such a peaceful atmosphere despite being so close to the city center. The breakfast was a highlight: small, simple, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared for you to choose. Every detail felt intentional. But what truly made the experience perfect was the staff, kind, professional, and always helpful. It’s rare to find a place that feels this creative and cozy at the same time. We'll definitely be coming back!

I honestly can’t think of anything not to like about this place. Everything, from the design to the atmosphere, was so well done. It’s the kind of hotel that’s impossible not to like.

Loved this hotel! It was so fun! We had the loft style room and we loved how much the space was used considering hotels in Japan are small and 3 of us was in this room and didn’t fell cramped even with our luggage around! We are booking again for our October trip this year! The laundry facilities were super easy and handy to use! They were quick cycles so that’s always a perk! We had towels and pjs fresh every day and our sheets were changed once during our 4 nights which we were more than happy with! The train was around 5 mins walk away with Tokyo dome city about 8-10mins walk! Lots of 7eleven, family mart & lawsons around for a late night snack or easy breakfast! Location and funky design was excellent :)

Nothing it was great! Maybe some complimentary water in the rooms would be a good option? But honestly was great!

This was one of my family’s favorite-ever hotels. We stayed in a “premier fourth” green room, and it was so spacious for a family of four! The futons were the highest comfort level of any we slept on in three weeks traveling across Japan, and the added seating area with a couch and chair and table and ottoman was super helpful to have. Great flow to the room, and we loved the fun monochromatic design! We had a great view from the 8th floor, and really enjoyed the deep soaking tub, as well. It was also very helpful that they allow late check-out as late as 1:00pm for a reasonable fee.

We wanted to eat breakfast, but the food options were sparse and overpriced. The hotel location is fine for catching trains and taxis, but doesn’t have much right around it in the way of walkable restaurants or shops. The bathtub needed to be re-sealed, and was very slow to fill. But these are all small things. We’d definitely stay here again, and would stay for multiple days next time, both for the great design and to have the extra space to make it our home base in Tokyo.

Super good location with decent price. Cannot find another place with such central location but lower price in Tokyo. Can reach to all the popular spots with very few transits so very convenient location. Even tho it’s close to the railway, literally can watch the trains come and go from your window, the noise didn’t bother us at all. Very good sound-proofing facilities. Staff is friendly. There was English speaker staff at front desk.

The room was quite small. But this is just how everywhere else is like in Tokyo. Not really a complaint on this.

Very cool concept of architecture and interior design. Straight up - the rooms are bigger than the photos (compared to other tokyo hotels), i recommend getting the loft if budget permits as it is a very smart use of the space. Neighbourhood is very interesting, lots of restaurants, cafes and izakayas at walking distance in different directions.

Odd thing we didn't like during checkout is the hotel staff wasn't able to help us book a big taxi for our big luggages, they said they can only book a regular taxi. We had to book it ourselves through uber.

Nice in between location, Easy to get to Akihabara/Asakusa but also to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku areas which is what initially drew us to the hotel. The joint rooms meant we had two bathrooms and lots of space to go in between both rooms. Was well aware of the trains as per the other reviews so that didn't phase us and we were able to get in some good rest. Staff were lovely, helpful that during the night the street parking is free so we were able to park with no trouble as it's a side street. But suidobashi station is a stone throw away and also tokyo dome for all the eateries. Such a nice location, Beds were japanese style so not the most comfortable but we're weren't staying for long so didn't mind.

The accommodation is quirky but we loved it. The location is really convenient as it is so close to suidobashi station as well as Tokyo Dome and there is a FamilyMart and 7-11 really close by as well. Staff at the front desk were really helpful. Really liked that you don't need coins to use the washing machines or dryers.

The dryers only run for 30 minutes at a time so you have to keep going back and paying every 30 minutes until you can feel your clothes are dry. I couldn't find anywhere that said in English in the information provided if there was any other way to dry your clothes.

Location was great- great access to multiple stations and train lines. You have the pick of Iidabashi or Suidobashi station, which allows you to visit many tourist hot spots. Hotel was very unique and clean.

As it is next to a train station and busy street, it could have been a little quieter (but still not a big issue). However, I got used to the noise by the next night. Room is also a little small but value for money and still very comfortable

Great location - only a short walk from the train station and close to everything we needed. Convenience stores close by, and great coffee shops in the neighbourhood. We stayed in two different rooms which were both great, showers had good water pressure, aircon worked well, and the outside noise from the train line and highway overpass were barely audible despite them being right outside our windows. Overall a great stay that was good value for money!

Would have liked the cafe to be open a bit earlier but I understand it's pretty common for cafes to open later in Japan!
