The hotel was a couple of blocks from the beach. There are 2 small stores to buy ice, snacks across the street which was very convenient. Several places to eat nearby

Our initial room did not have a closet or a designated place to hang or put cloths away. The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain/door, so when we showered the floor got pretty wet, and no towel rack. The staff was very nice and took us to see another room that would be more suitable for us, it had a dresser/closet but the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain/door so we still had to deal with a wet floor but at least it had a towel rack. There was construction going on but nothing disruptive.

Very good location - everything is within walking distance. Next to the hotel there is a wonderful restaurant with a set breakfast and a set lunch for 100-200 pesos. And also very tasty Mexican street food (you will not go hungry at any time of the day), fruits and vegetables are sold nearby. Very clean and cozy, there is a wonderful pool, there is water on the first floor, where you can make tea or just get drinking water. In the morning we woke up to the singing of birds - it's wonderful) There is an elevator if you need to move suitcases. We would come here again on our next vacation.

The pool area looks beautiful. It is very clean with room service every day.

*On christmas eve we didn't have water. I went to reception and the guy that was working there instead of solving the issue, he complaint because he was not spending Christmas with his family. It was uncomfortable not having water for the entire night and morning. After complaining for the second time the next day, we were given another room to use the toilet, but I didn't get any compensation back for it as expected. *Small detail, the room didn't have bedside table lights which would have given a nice atmosphere.

The hotel was really nice on the outside, the pool was good, the beds comfortable, the room was a good size, it had a large bathroom. The hotel was close to everything, many food options within walking distance, and close to the beach.

The pillows were supper stiff and no elevator, walking up the stairs with large suitcases wasn't my favorite and when I say up stairs I mean 3rd floor.

Nice pool. Very quiet at night. Great location in the center. Fridge was a big plus same as the water refilling station in lobby.

It's unnecessary to change the towels every day! We needed to put Don't disturb sign on the door that the towels (and linen?) wouldn't be changed unnecessarily. Wifi worked only sometimes even we had a router in our room (2nd floor). The room had two windows: one facing the corridor and one facing some other building. We didn't have much daylight as we didn't want people look inside to our room when they walked in the corridor so we kept the curtains closed. The other window was so close to the other wall we didn't see anything from the window. This didn't bother us too much as we spent most of the time outside.

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was such a good facility as we booked very last minute in between Christmas and New Years. The room we given appeared to have been either brand new or newly renovated. There was a mini fridge and wardrobe to hang clothes. The hotel had local style restaurants and street food within a few steps and fancier restaurants and the Playa and 5th Avenue and an ADO bus station a few minutes walk away.

The hotel was very good for our needs. As I mentioned it appeared to be new or freshly renovated and did not have any towel hooks , sitting chairs within the room. No coffee maker in the room but it is well priced and available within a few steps.

The pool is great, such a nice place to relax (when it's not filled with lots of noisy people). Beautiful courtyard interior. Location is great for exploring Playa especially if you use the ADO bus just a couple of blocks away. For the price it's a decent option and it has a fan and aircon.

Front desk weren't the most helpful on arrival. We arrived 10 mins before check in and was told to wait until 3. Then our room still wasn't ready at check in time (we had told them our arrival was going to be 3). Afterwards I'm sure it was just because the front desk person didn't want to check us in as she still made us see another person when we returned later to check in. Room is nice except for the bathroom which is in need of some repairs and some towels that aren't falling apart. Sheets are also too small for the bed so you end up with no sheets on sections of the mattress. Courtyard setting means you hear all the poolside noise if its noisy.

Nice hotel, located just a few minutes walk from la Quinta Avenida. The staff were always helpful and also made us a favour with storing our luggage for the day. Good value for money considerinf this location.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Very safe, clean, and comfy with great service. Being a single, disabled woman, it was the perfect step up from the hostels I'm used to using. Would definitely stay there again. I really enjoyed the little restaurant right next door as well, food and service was great. Many other good places as well within a couple of blocks radius. Definitely more of a Mexican feel to the area, while still having beaches and 5th Ave tourist stuff a few blocks away.

The room had 2 burner hotplate and small fridge which was great except no pots and pans, cutlery, etc. I went to local store a few blocks away and bought the basics for a very reasonable price and was able to make my own breakfast and lunch in the room, so the problem was easily solved.

Water refill in the lobby, beach towels (200MXN deposit), spacious room, great AC, hai you can get a hair dryer at the reception, clean room, fantastic cleaning staff, helpful receptionists, night security guard on the front door.

No hangers in the room, nor in the bathroom, difficult to get a proper hot water shower (water stops every few seconds for a few seconds), no kettle to boil water for a coffee/tea (that would be a real plus!)
