We've visited a considerable amount of 5th Ave hotels and this is the one that we have returned almost every week. The front desk staff Oswaldo really friendly (In a natural way) and efficient. Facilities are clean, rooms with a lot of space and you have everything you may need really close to the property that is a few steps from the beach. Really nice competitive rate considering the location. Will come back soon. 😊

No complaint during this stay. Waiting for the elevator to work 😁. Unfortunately we haven't used the complementary breakfast nor the pool so can't comment on those services yet. Next time will.

Reception personnel were attentive, courteous, and responsive. They repaired room problem promptly. The Illusion was quiet despite the din surrounding it. The pool and pool area were pleasant.

The breakfast was sufficient but the days without real half and half and subbed in Creamora powder made the coffee a much less flavorful drink.

Location 1/2 block from beach and 5 av, Facilities very clean and comfortable, the staff excellent service starting with Sergio the administrator, clerks Gonzalo, Emanuel and our everyday concierge Jose Luis were exceptional we are very pleased for all the services. Thank you.

Location, and Inner court were great. Staff was also nice.

"Breakfast included" was litterally non existant, just coffee to drink and nothing to eat.

The staff is kind hearted and efficient. The thing I love mostly was that you don't hear the neighbours and that the ac works perfectly. It's hard to find a hotel that actually chills the room with this weather. Oswaldo, Matias and a clerk (young lady) were really great. We didn't see the cleaning staff but no complaints there. We normally go to different hotels per week but will return to this one. 😊

Probably the TV setup. We were unable to connect our devices or to watch Netflix with the TV. No biggie. Also we didn't request assistance for that matter.

The location was excellent. It was so close to the beach and to the 5th Avenue. The place was easy to find, the rooms were really large and so was the bed. The bathroom as well, very large. The staff was friendly and really welcoming. The rooms had Smart TV and the WiFi was alsilo excellent. We could even watch Netflix.

The breakfast was not served at the property, and you had to go to a different hotel to get it. That was not the main issue, it was the breakfast itself. Very basic (2 toasts with scrambled eggs and coffee), everything else was charged extra. The staff serving breakfast was all over the place, but also, not many tables available. We got there everyday between 7am and 8am and it was the busiest, at some point there were people waiting to get breakfast (exactly only 6 tables available to sit). The shower in the room was sort of broken as the water leaked over the nossle, but not that big of a deal. We thought the other guests were a bit noisy, screaming and listening to music at late hours.

easy to get to, center of everything! very nice room - King comfort. big room, next to the pool. very close to the beach, great people at the front, very very clean. AC worked very well!

elevator was broken, and the kitchen was down…so we had to go to another property down the road to get the free breakfast. but it was a good breakfast. 4 flights of stairs with a broken elevator was hard. there is a club nearby and loud music until 3am - louder on Saturday and Sunday. if you are wanting to rest and just do tours during the day, that gets old really fast.

We enjoyed our stay and we stayed 7 times total with our adult kids. The pool was green with algae. We did not know the first 2 stays that breakfast was included. The towels are all really worn and should all be replaced. Soap should be supplied. When you check in it takes a really long time. I had to use the bathroom really bad on our 4th visit. I asked for the room key while my husband checked in and the desk guy could not find us. Then he said there was a bathroom on the 2nd or 3rd floor. So I went up stairs and did not find it. When I came back down he finally gave me a key to our room. So frustrating. Other that that we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind. When a customer walks in to the lobby a WARM HELLO WOULD BE REALLY NICE.

I liked the fact it is in the prime area of Quinta Avenida

The fact the elevator did not work and there is no parking areas for your vehicle.

The location was excellent and we upgraded our room to the 5th floor with views and these rooms are much, much better . The staff was very nice, helpful, 10 out of 10.

The noise from the clubs, it´s not that bad if you book on the side opposite to the street, but you are still going to hear the music. I used ear plugs and zero problems, just bring a pair.
