Great location. Walking distance to the train station and the city center. The food options were very nice and the price was in what you would expect in a Hotel. We couldn't try the restaurant because it was closed due to the Easter holiday, but the bar was serving food and we enjoyed it. The bedroom was very comfortable and the swimming pool was ok. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The Jacuzzi was not working and only one sauna was available.

The hotel is really great, very clean, well located, impressive. The breakfast is AMAZING! So many options, such a large and delicious selection, couldn't recommend enough.

Just a small comment more than something I didn't like. It's about the water tap in the bathrooms. They are just not a great fit for the large sinks. The tap is very small and short, so the water falls just close to the edge of the sink. Again, just a small thing, worth to mention though ;)

Excellent Hilton in Lodz - friendly staff, very comfortable room, excellent breakfast selection and very clean facilities...the Golden Bar was very enjoyable. My only 'slight' issue was that the shower head was stuck in the low position so could not be raised accomodate my height - but this could happen in any shower in any hotel, so not fair to put in the negative column. The bathroom was otherwise excellent. There is a nice park directly across the road (footbridge) for morning walks - with red squirrels to see and enjoy :-) I will definitely stay in this hotel when coming back to Lodz - A+++

Hotel itself is very clean and well located. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice.

1) there was a note in the minibar to say to contact reception if you want the minibar stocked. Why? Just stock it. I arrived late evening and I didn't think it was worth the hassle as the drinks would not be chilled. 2) the gym doesn't open until 09:30. This is too late for business users. 06:00 would be better.

We were amazed by the hotel “DoubleTree by Hilton Łódź”. The hotel was very modern, stylish and very comfortable. Also we were very satisfied with room equipment - nice bathroom, spacious room and luxurious-feeling hotel premises. There were also amazing breakfast - starting with a smiling miss who prepared selected coffee, a great selection of food for breakfast, a machine for preparation of fresh juice, vege burgers, etc. The staff were very kind, helpful and also smiling. After check out, you were able to pay parking directly on the parking gate when exiting the garage. Highly appreciate this experience and looking forward to another experience. I am highly recommending this hotel!

Nothing but some improvements could still be a plus especially for the cook of the the resto at breakfast needed ; porridge not properly cooked for instance, smoked salmon not looking fresh but half cooked…

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty, various and excellent quality. Indoor restaurant serves good food. Room was spacious and clean. The pool has a nice view from 10th floor.

Some items (like shower, door, things people use a lot and touch) are were-out, but everything works, don't get me wrong. Spa facility can get too crowded (sauna or pool).

Ok hotel, expected more though. Ok breggy, room service club sandwitch was good.

Starts to be bit worn out hotel, looks better in pics. No proper coffee in the room, minibar was empty, no bathrobe (also didnt find in the spa). Spa area is pretty small, jacuzzi small for two strangers and steam sauna did not work.

Great hotel and room, amazing views. We had an upgrade just for £4, very worth it. Clean, quiet, organised. We chose the location for proximity to Atlas Arena for a concert - great choice. Vibrant bar after the event, full of other attendees.

All was good, nothing to complain about.

Swimming pool on the 10-th floor with a beautiful view. Everything is nice and clean. Room is comfortable and large enough. Good breakfast with a very tasty coffee. Personnel is polite and helping. We will definitely come again :)

Water in the swimming pool was too cold, considering that the pool is not so big to swim actively and warm yourself up.
