A beautiful, modern hotel that gave us just the sense of calm and cleanliness we needed on the last night of a two-week multi-stop trip. Immaculate, quiet, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of closet space, though we didn't stay long enough to take full advantage. Plenty of room to spread out our stuff and pack for the journey home. Gorgeous view of the river and Oceanario. Location excellent: a short walk from Oriente metro station, bus stops, and the riverfront with all its sights and amenities. Great toiletries. A/C. We didn't sample the breakfast, as we had to leave for the airport pretty early.

I would have appreciated a couple of hooks on the walls at the entrance or in the bathroom, but there were certainly towel bars and a very nice closet.

Short stay for us, just an overnight as heading to the nearby theatre. That said, nice surprise to see the hotel is in the Eurostars group as to date we've only had good experiences. From other reviews I read, I asked for a river view room, on a high floor and I got exactly what I asked for. The room was clean, nice bathroom and good shower. The location itself -Parque das Nações district - was a surprise. Just minutes from Orient bus/train station but a world away with gorgeous walks along the riverfront, from the park on one end to the marina on the other. Also, the cable cars, Oceanário de Lisboa, and the Vasco da Gama Tower/ Babylon 360º are literally on your doorstep and not to be missed.,

Only thing that would have extra nice was a kettle in the room. Not a deal breaker as would definitely stay again in this hotel.

This is a very nice place where everything was very clean and comfortable. Also, we had to have a maintenance guy adjust the TV, and he was great.

The lighting controls near the beds were too clever. I know we'd have figured them out, but we were either turning out all the lights with one of the four switches, or getting some unwanted result. The configuration of the TV was also messed up, and we had to call maintenance to set that right (maybe include an operating sheet in room?). Also, we'd requested the twin bed situation, and they were shoved together (which happens most of the time, but I'm not used to that configuration).

Clean comfortable and excellent location for airport travellers needing an overnight in Lisbon before or after a flight. Mega convenient to the airport... Three metro stops anda five minute walk. Staff is courteous and efficient. Breakfast selection was very good. Very good rates.

The hotel is utilized by tour companies, and it resulted in our case with crowded and somewhat boorish behavior at breakfast. The staff did what they could to manage it and it was not the hotel's fault, but it will weigh into whether we choose to utilize it again.

Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the metro and railway stations and also to the walkway with restaurants on the riverside. Cleanliness of a good standard, rooms cleaned daily. Spacious room serving a wide selection of food and drinks. Friendly service both at reception and at breakfast.

Although the air conditioning is individually controlled, the temperature could not be set lower than 20 degrees Celsius. In the room located at the end of corridor (incidentally with a beautiful view of the river and bridge), unfortunately the WiFi quality was poor.

The sink was for some reason out of the bathroom, which wasn't really comfortable. In addition, when we came to the hotel we had a problem with our main credit card so we had to pay with another one, which carried a fee. When we asked to get a refund on that credit card and immediately pay with the original one, we were asked to pay with the alternative one first and only then with the other one, which was a bit unfair in our opinion. About location, it is situated quite far away from the center of town (20-30 minutes of Uber drive) . The neighborhood itself is new and nice, but most attractions will require a derive.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very polite and smiling, the bed was very comfortable and it was very well located with nearby access to the metro and train station.

There was an issue with payment at check-out (it seemed the employee didn't know how to use the system and we had to wait for a while for a solution at 3:30 a.m.), we asked for a quiet room and there was lots of noise from the street even on the 9th floor unfortunately, the breakfast could include more vegetables, and it's a shame there was no gym.

The hotel was really located in the area of Lisbon that I needed to visit. Bedroom was of a good size and very clean. The breakfast was a fantastic spread of continental options. I really recommend the hotel for people who wants to stay around the Expo area.

There is no major complain, just a suggestion to let guest know, if they request a car charger, that the hotel charges are cableless and that the guest needs to bring their own cable. Apart from that, it was impeccable.

Very clean and modern rooms, very good location, close to public transport (bus and train) and short Metro trip to the airport. Short walk to the riverside parks.

For a hotel of this category it should have sound proof windows. Although my room was on the 10th floor I could hear people talking in the outdoor area of the neighbouring hotel. This wasn't a problem in the winter, but will be disturbing when that outdoor area will be used by the restaurant in the warmer months.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming and changed our room when we asked for a twin room instead of a double room. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The room was of a good size and had good facilities. The location of the hotel is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the Parque das Nações area, go to an event at the big arenas, or to travel from the nearby station.

There was regular noise from trains leaving and arriving at the nearby Oriente station.
