My stay at Crowne Plaza Doha – The Business Park was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. The entire team deserves the highest praise. Everyone – from the front desk to the restaurant, from housekeeping to the organizing staff – radiates friendliness and professionalism. What truly makes this place special is that the staff treats you like a good friend – always with a warm smile and genuine interest. The front desk is always available to help with any questions or requests, and nothing is ever too much for them. They’re incredibly approachable and make you feel at ease right away with their natural kindness. The restaurant staff also made every day a pleasure. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. They regularly checked in to see if we needed anything and ensured we had everything we could want. The food was absolutely delicious – each day featured cuisine from a different continent, which was always a delightful surprise. And even if something wasn’t to your taste, there were always fresh and tasty alternatives available. Everything was prepared with great care and flavor – truly top quality. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team as well. The rooms and common areas were always spotless and fresh. You can tell that everything is done with great attention and pride. I also want to thank Vincent for perfectly organizing our desert excursion. He took the time to explain everything clearly and reassured us that all would go smoothly – and it certainly did. It was an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, are also wonderful. You’ll find everything you need for relaxation and comfort. The hotel’s general manager can truly be proud of this team. Each and every one of you is outstanding, and together you make a strong and unified team. Room and breakfast were good.

Dine in experience was not that good. Housing keeping did not refill the coffee on the second days. Laundry was delayed despite my clear request to bring the clothes at a certain time, which made be late to my meeting.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The hotel itself was great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and dinner options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious choices to suit all tastes. The staff truly made our experience even better. The restaurant team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. A special mention to Kalpesh, the manager, who impressed us with his constant availability and attention to detail. Solomon was an absolute delight—so polite and funny! We always looked forward to seeing him during our meals. At the reception, Brian and Chris were incredibly kind and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We also really appreciated being granted a late check-out, which made our departure stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We booked a room for three people, but instead of three beds, we were given two regular beds and an uncomfortable guest bed. This significantly impacted our stay. While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, the bed situation was disappointing.

Spa & recreation area was great, we enjoyed most of our time there. Staff was very helpful and they assisted us daily with all of our needs. We would like to mention especially Dhruba and Eshan who did their best to make our stay best possible.

Room was spacy and cozy but the furniture is a bit old and outdated. Laundry service is a bit expensive and we had a small incident where my wife forgot some money in one of the pants and no one informed us about that and we received our laundry without any money. Also - the reservations team is not really up to date when it comes to answering emails. We wanted to arrange an airport transfer and wrote them prior to our arrival, but we received an answer only when we were already in the hotel.

The hotel is fabulous! Close to the metro and handy for all amenities. Staff are super helpful. Chris on Reception helped us locate a guide and car so we could explore Qatar North and West. The breakfast team in the restaurant supplied us with ample supplies of tea and any breakfast requirements we had. Our room had a very comfortable bed. nice clean bathroom. Bottled water, tea and coffee was restocked each day. We would recommend this hotel 100% and will be returning next year.

My only negative comment would be the bath/ shower were you had to climb over a high 6 inch wide rim to clamber into.

They were always ready to assist with parking and retrieving my vehicle, making the entire process seamless and convenient. There was some mis communication with the hotel management, they charged more then agreed price. Waiting for refund as agreed. On checkout invoice they mentioned wrong time. We checked in 2 person for first 3 days but they charged for 3 person, they charged three days for breakfast which was not done. I Booked from 22/12/2023 to 28/12/2023 but we checked out on 27/12/2023. They charged from 21/12/2023 even we checked in at 3am on 22/12/2023. I demand for two days full refund.

Staff, food, location etc.

Parking - I failed to understand why you kept vallet parking. Eveytime we have to wait for 15-20 min for the car. To add more to the agony, if we forget something in the car then have to go back through the entrance road of the parking. This is dangerous. Thats not it, what if the guys hit the pavement or anything beneath the car. This will get unnoticed by the client. Kindly change this vallet system and let the guests handle the parking themselves. This will certainly stop me to return to the hotel for another stay.

Roof shade outside the suite was dirty with birds faeces. Need to clean. No tissue paper in the male prayer room and there was no microwave oven or any washing facility in the room for use. Please provide these services and make the roof shade outside suite at level 5 clean to make nice look.
