EmbassySuites is a brilliant hotel to accommodate during your stay in Doha. Staff is so lovely and willing to help. with all your requests (if you need taxi, trips , or has been my husband's birthday and ask them for cake-very promptly and nice mini cake provided🎂....) The hotel is close to all Souq, accessible to museums and city.centre. Very clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning and toiletries. Coffee machine and kettle available (with tea and coffee) Great opportunities: gym, pool on the roof top. Breakfast aas also very good with large varieties ( local and international options) Highly recommended.

We need to wait a couple of hours for check in, but I get an upgrade for a bigger room. Instant coffee provided, but need to ask for coffee pots for machine. No soap available on washroom. We need to ask for second bathrobe and slippers.

This was our second visit and it was even better than the first. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. All staff are efficient, friendly and hospitable which enhances the enjoyment of your stay. There is a pool area to cool off. The location in the old town is great for exploring, especially the old soup. The breakfasts are worth a special mention, plenty of options and delicious.

The hotel room is very spacious and clean. The breakfasts were excellent and they make cappuccino coffee individually. The front desk staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed for four nights. Actually our room was not made up on any day when we venture out in the morning and coming back in the afternoon, though we indicated on the door for service. We had to ask for fresh towels, water, coffee and toilet paper from the room attendant. Maybe they were understaffed. It was not a deal breaker. We would stay here again. But perhaps made special request at the front desk for it.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was close to a metro station and it was also close to the old town of Doha. We absolutely liked the size of the suite and its furniture- very clean, stylish and with very modern colours. The bed mattresses and the pillows were very comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the suite with coffee capsules. The breakfast was abundant and everything we tasted was very fresh and tasty. At breakfast they serve a lot of salty and sweet options. The hotel staff were very polite and responsive. They accommodated our questions and requests in a very efficient manner.

No negative remarks.

Very nice hotel, located in the old town of Doha, on walking distance from the Soug (old fantastic market), National Museum, Islamic Art Museum. Also, the metro station Soug is on 10 minutes walking. Nice facilities in the hotel, nice extra services like a small complimentary snack in the afternoon.

Some employees on the reception should be trained a little better. We were sent to a room prepared for 1 person....than our room got overflowed by one of us taking a shower. So we needed to move around midnight to another room.....

Cant fault this hotel. Excellent facilities with gym and rooftop swimming pool which was amazing as weather in the day was too hot to wonder off on tours. Food was good with an array of selection for breakfast. Staff couldn't have been friendly enough, very welcoming and always smiling. Location was great too just 10 minutes from old souk wakif which was buzzing in the evenings. Highly recommended for couples and family. Thanks to all the staff for amazing stay.😊

Just that the AC was too cold in reception and the rooms had minor adjustment which were corrected.

It was good, the hotel is nicely decorated, moderned and stylish and fantastic breakfast! Moreover the receptionist at check out was very accomodating as we had to rush to get our flight, thank you so much!

However quite disappointed about the sea view bedroom we booked, big thick curtains blocked the windows, and view was mostly the city (with some sea). Windows were dirty on top of that. The bedoom direct view was on the football terrain, where on thursday night it was very noisy and massive lights were turned on. By midnight it was finished. Rooftoop was nice with a hot water jacuzzi, I wish there would be alcool drinks. However, once again dirty windows, so the view of the west bay skyline lost some wow effect.

Big and clean room, very good breakfast, nice rooftop pool, helpful staff, good location near the city center.

Lovely room, lovely location. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of options. But the BIGGEST asset this hotel has is their staff. Such a lovely, lovely bunch of people. I am so sorry if I misspell the names, but the two people at the front desk were I believe Youseef and a super sweet Filipino lady whose name I believe was Anouk, I am so sorry if that is incorrect and I apologise if I misspelt their names. Then Nadeem that helped us with our bags and gave us some great recommendations for food and what to see around town was such a gentleman and gave great advice too. Honestly, best hotel staff on earth. Would come back again just to feel so well looked after. Thank you guys.

The only thing I didn't like (and it has nothing to do with the hotel) was how RUDE some of the customers were. Speaking to staff in such a poor manner and the staff were SO professional and took it in their stride with a smile on their faces and went out of their way to help them... I would have absolutely lost it and I guess that is why I could never do their job, I would get fired on the first day! I saw so many examples of customers being rude. From their attitudes to the chef's and wait staff (who are AMAZING) to how rudely I saw people speak to the staff at the front desk. Left me disappointed in humanity, especially after seeing how much the staff there go above and beyond.

Great price, all suites, Cozy beds, decliciouse breakfast, four levels spacious parking, free valet services, kind staff, central location. Ms Desy at the reception arranged two connecting rooms for our family, special thanks to her. Enjoyed roof top pool and Jacuzzi with excellent view of Doha west Bay skyline and corniche. Lifegaurad was watching kids all the time. Our rooms were facing Doha sports club footbal stadium with beatiful green field.

First night we faced some minor maintenance issues which were fixed at the same time i.e. choked wash basin, malefuncting of auto lighting system (maintenance staff was very kind and served us on the spot instead of waiting for the next day). There was a bronken chair in the suite lounge which was not replaced. Also the pool timing was up to 8pm only and there was no restuarant/shop beside the pool.
