The bathroom bin was unusable as it was broken, and the pedal mechanism didn't work to open the lid. The soundproofing was inadequate. The door closer did not function properly, causing noise when the door was closing.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent!

Unfortunately, the bed was placed too close to the bathroom door. It was difficult getting into the bathroom without moving the bed. But there was no place to move it! A bigger person could not have gotten into or out of the bathroom. I barely squeezed into it. Please fix this problem!

Great location - transfer from and to Luton airport was very easy - the coach station is 5 minutes away. Paddington station, where you can get train/tube, is close by. Also there are lots of small restaurants and shops in the area. The room was very spacious and was cleaned daily. The bathroom was also very clean and towels were changed frequently. The staff was really friendly. We were even given a complimentary breakfast. Overall we had a great stay. Would recommend.

Decent budget hotel. Great location, walkable from Paddington. Lots of little cafes/restaurants in the area. 10 min walk to Hyde Park. Breakfast included and although pretty basic, certainly fine for the price. Boiled eggs, toast, ham cheese, cereal and yogurt. Room was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Pleasant reception staff

It was a very hot room (February) once we turned the radiator off and left the window open it was more bearable. No fridge in room

The single room (118) was very nice and comfortable. A nice view onto the streets. The bathroom was larger than I expected. The single bed was also larger than I expected. TV was well-positioned in the room and enough closet space. Complimentary breakfast was simple (bread, toast, croissants, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, tea, juice), but good. There's a lift in the hotel which was useful with a large suitcase. I didn't need to deal with the staff much, only on the last day. The gentleman working the night shift was friendly with checking out. Conveniently located a few minutes from Paddington Station. Lots of restaurants around the station.

It's literally the best place for its value. The area is great. A lot of restaurants with typical English breakfast. It's also very close to Paddington Station and from in 20 minutes by tube you reach the city centre of London. Beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of towels. My friend needed a toothpaste and the receptionist without hesitation gave it to him. Nice view from the window onto the main street.

For someone that's going to London to party the breakfast may start a bit later than 7 o'clock. It would be perfect if it was served at 9 am especially when someone is there to relax and not wake up so early.

Location is incredible and staff are so friendly and patient! The hotel has a homey feel as well (will miss the coziness and home-like feel), and the room was very clean. The staff also go out of their way to understand the guests and their questions, and do the absolute most to help! I would absolutely go back on my next London trip.

The room was a little small, the towels were a bit scratchy, and the hotel overall is a bit outdated in the decor, but after the first day the decor and style started feeling very homey and it really grew on me!

Good location, good set up, it seems to run very efficiently. For my one night stay over it was just what was needed!

Nothing really - there were a couple of items of rubbish that weren’t cleared away in my room - including a used tooth flosser, which wasn’t nice to see - but a minor inconvenience. The rest was all fine.

A great location 2 minutes walk to Paddington, with paid parking outside the congestion charge area, great staff, comfortable well well-appointed room and small bathroom. Good beds. Well-stocked tea and coffee.

The bathroom is very small, with the room having heavy fire doors, up or downstairs to access which is not fully accessible.

Everything was great! The cleanliness, organization, and even the breakfast were good and fresh. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I also left my bags with them for two nights without any additional charge. The hotel offers a fantastic view, is conveniently located near Hyde Park and Paddington Main Station, and is surrounded by numerous restaurants, including halal options.
