Location, Spa, Spa services, Rooms have balconies with a good view of the park, most of the staff are amazing, Comfiest beds, quietest rooms, great in room dining options , Fantastic cocktails !!

No full length pool! some electronics missing in the room and had to be requested, it took 1 hour for them to deliver it to the room. No bin in the bathroom which is strange. The door bell is very low in volume and hard to hear if the TV is on. Hardly any toiletries - basic razor, dental kit, nail file, comb etc. were not provided. Some Asian/Arab staff don’t necessarily treat other Asian guests with respect. Noticed more than once. Hope I am completely mistaken. Coffee in the restaurant was served without any condiments. I had to ask for sugar. Staff are either overworked or are in a hurry. Very very poor breakfast options. You need a full buffet with a la carte options.

My stay at the Four Seasons in Park Lane was truly unforgettable, with exceptional service from the friendly and attentive staff making me feel pampered. The hotel's prime location, with breathtaking views of Hyde Park, added to the overall sense of elegance and sophistication that made my stay so special.

While my stay at the Four Seasons in Park Lane was exceptional in many ways, I was slightly disappointed by the compact size of my room, which felt a bit cramped for a hotel of its caliber. Additionally, the limited closet space and storage made it challenging to fully unpack and settle in. However, these minor quibbles were largely outweighed by the hotel's numerous strengths and excellent service.

The service was great and super kind and the food was also great

The closet was a bit too small for our stuff we also couldn’t place our suitcase somewhere appropriate The birthday cake came 2 days to early those are all small things but from an Hotel at that level I do expect perfection and for the price we paid I felt there wasn’t that much included. The mini bar was extra the ironing service was extra breakfast wasn’t included and no buffet. So I guess for over 1000£ a night I was expecting a bit more. I mean we could have gotten the same level of service for 400£ a night 😅

Arrival and check-in seamless and very welcoming. Hotel very modern and clean and Four Seasons room exactly how expected. Very impressed with Champagne and welcome gift and noting our anniversary. Staff are very attentive as with all four seasons and know you by name. Food in restaurant was excellent.

My complaint with this hotel is the set up of the restaurant and bar. The restaurant serves both for dinner lunch and breakfast which takes away from making it somewhere special to dine for dinner. The bar needs to be more intimate, it feels like a walkthrough, or a pool bar. It needs to be more sophisticated for a Four Seasons. The private room upstairs should have been a separate restaurant/formal dining area. even if it was served from the same kitchen. There are better hotels in London for less cost.

Exceptional level of service; personality and warmth of staff; upgraded to an amazing suite; excellent spa treatments; location (so much to see and do within a 20 min walk).

Spa facilities (vitality pool, sauna, steam room) are separated for male/female.

Early check in, attention to details, very friendly, upgraded to a nicer view room

The breakfast was average. English breakfast. Not good. Bacon eggs black pudding everything pree cooked. Apart from sausage was almost uncooked. Toast was warm bread. Both days. I was not impressed

Bar was great. The gym and spa were fantastic. Location is best in London. The décor and attention to detail were incredible .To person the staff were professional , knowledgeable , proactive , responsive and cultured.

Everything was exceptional , the staff/service , location, décor and facilities. Will most definitely stay there again in the fall. The hotel met and exceeded even the Four Season's standards. Well done
