Beds are very, very comfortable! Hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants and has a lovely restaurant/ bar downstairs.

Reception staff seemed to be always stressed and put out by guests (actively ignoring some) it’s good to acknowledge people even if they have to wait. One of the elevators was out of service while the other was extremely slow, no one bothered to mention there were more around the corner. Room service was terrible! The food served was over cooked, yet cold. Extremely disappointing , considering the setting and the price paid.

I liked everything, except....

....the carpet in the hall way. Putting carpet in hallway of hotel is a crime. I guess those executives who make the decision to put carpet in hotel hallway have never push any luggages ranging from 23kg - 32kg on the carpetted hallway themselves and have never experienced the inconvenience. Please try it for once, sir/madam, and change it for the customers' sake. Thank you.

Clean, staff were friendly, great location near tube & overground.

Person in room next door was smoking and the smell came into our room, we tried wedging towels under the door but the smell still came in. We complained to reception who apologised (I know it’s not their fault) and sent management and security up. This kept happening though, it would have been nice if they offered us a room change or moved the person who was smoking or removed them from the building for repeatedly doing it. I had a small child with me who has asthma and we returned home with all our belonging smelling of cigarette smoke.

A nice comfortable hotel which allowed all four of us in a family room with two twin beds. The room was neat and the bathroom was very nice. There was room cleaning everyday which was great. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was quite good as well. This worked for our family of four.

The location is a little out of the center of London so you have to call a taxi which can get expensive going back and forth. We used the tube/underground from Kilburn Park to get to most places. There aren’t a ton of restaurants around that you can walk to here and nothing much to see or do in the area.

The outside of the hotel is so charming, beautiful floral display. Because we were there in Winter and it poured rain, I didn’t get to take any cute pictures. But it was well done. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Our room was ready early! The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Water temperature and pressure amazing. The staff were so help. Anything we asked for - ice, collecting a package, toilet paper, they exceeded our expectations. The breakfast spread was fantastic. And everything was tasty. Which was most important. I stayed for a medical board exam so I basically spent 48 hours in the room before the exam and it was so comfortable and I was very happy with my choice.

Even though I checked the location before I came, it is a little more out of the way than I thought. Commuting via tube when it’s pouring rain is a little impractical so we ended up using taxis/ubers the entire time.

On the reception, they took a deposit from me and they said this is our rules over here in the time of checkout, the deposit of three rooms that I paid for should be refund but unfortunately, till now from 27 of April, the amount is not there. I’m trying to contact them on the email which the invoice was sent without any benefit. I don’t want to say that they did not refund the amount, but maybe because of our banks or because it’s banking issue so I’m writing seeking for solution. Thank you.

The hotel was perfect for a small family group such as ours..quiet location so perfect night's sleep, comfy room that was large enough for 4 of us for a short term stay..There was a mini fridge with water and also room to store snacks and fresh milk for hot drinks (we requested fresh milk from restaurant). Shower was powerful and water hot. The hotel restaurant is perfect for families with a well priced kids menu featuring pasta favourites , pizza and healthy crudités. Breakfast was equally high quality and varied with an omelette bar, good continental options and hot buffet. It was great to see chicken sausages offered which are lower fat and were also halal. Our rate didn't include breakfast and cost extra but it was an excellent start to the day and worth the price £20 per adult, £8 per child. The hotel was spotlessly clean and room was cleaned during our stay and tea, coffee supplies replenished. It was lovely to return to a tidy clean room after a long day of sightseeing. All front of house staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. No request was too much and bar and restaurant servers were friendly and efficient and lovely with my kids.

Only niggle was the TV was difficult to connect to our devices in order to launch Netflix. Possibly the TV needed an app to be updated.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. No external noise so no being woken in the middle of the night. Hotel smells lovely.

When I checked in I had to provide photo I.d. This was not made clear enough upon booking. It might be in small print or t and c but not explicit. If my husband had not have had a photo of my drivers license on his phone I would not have been able to check in. They wouldn’t allow my husband who has the same surname to use his drivers license and book us in. This is a real problem. My advice would be to make this REALLY CLEAR. Also- rooms got stuffy even with AC because you can’t open windows.

We took a family room with 2 double beds. The room is spacious and comfortable, very comfortable beds, only missing a closet to put clothes but we managed inside the suitcases. Every day they clean and change towels, and you get bottles of water every day which is great. There is a safe, a refrigerator and we didn't lack anything. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful with any questions. In short, a perfect hotel if you ignore its location which is quite remote but not really bothersome because the transport in London is great and you use it anyway, so 20 minutes and you are in the center of things. Highly recommend the hotel and the staff.

Distance from the city (but not too bad). Lack of closets.

The staff were so polite and helpful, the concierge lady pulled out all the stops to entertain my children while i was trying to sort out with a couple of check in issues (my own fault) she was sp sweet I really wish I could remember her name, the sleep was super comfortable, we were walking distance from shops and food places and not far from hyde park and the london eye which was the purpose of our stay.

The parking was quite expensive £20 per night on top of our very expensive new years eve stay and you have to leave the hotel to use the bannnantynes pool which was closed new years day and second day we were too cold to want to leave the building to go somewhere else just for the swimming, think this needs to be clearer on the page
