The bed was super comfortable and the black out curtains were great. The room was thoughtfully appointed and felt cosy.

When we stayed there was a lot of construction happening on the upper floors and the restaurant was closed which was a bit of a let down. Staff at the rooftop bar were really nice but the reception staff were quite rude and seemed annoyed that we had interrupted their personal conversation to try and check in. All in all the room was nice and the hotel is styled beautifully but for what we paid it really didn’t feel worth it in the end.

Firstly the location of the hotel was the reason for me choosing as I was celebrating my bday near by. I loved the room decor and the size of the room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I had a great nights sleep. The lobby was great and an amazing vibe before I went out.

In the morning house keeping kept repeatedly trying to get into my room even after being told multiple times to come back later. They tried 4 different times and during this I had a conversation with them where they responded too me but they still continued to try the door. This all happened within an hour.

The location was excellent and the stay pleasant with staff members very accommodating and helpful . Thank you!

The room smelled musty and looked outdated. It was small and I could hear my Nextdoor neighbor speaking in the next room. The outlets were out of reach for the blow dryers although the staff was very accommodating to provide extension cord (which should have been supplied as this is an issue I'm sure the hotel is aware of).

Checkin, staff, problem solving - we'd only booked for one night by mistake - was all fantastic! The location is one of my favourite areas in London (I was actually born nearby) and easy to reach all the cool corners and hangouts!

The room was to the inner yard - allegedly quieter than the street but there was a huge air con unit outside that ran 24/7 - loudly... The room was a little "tired" the desk scratched, remote battery didnt work, and the bed too soft that it slumped towards the head board. All this for the price paid was not expected...

The front desk staff was great--very helpful, friendly, easy--anything I asked seemed like no trouble at all.

Loud banging in halls with doors slamming open and shut in the early evening. A couple fighting in the hallway in the middle of the night. I kept debating asking for a quieter room but in the end stayed. Room needed a bit more space to put luggage, etc. Even a few hooks would help.

The location and the vibe. It was quite a trendy hotel and we liked the location and the décor. Tea and coffee in the room was welcome and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast seemed pricey so we didn't bother and the drinks in the bar were also quite expensive. The bar closed at midnight so we couldn't get the nightcap we were hoping for. The size of the room was underwhelming.

The Hoxton is great! Fantastic location - just 3 Tube stops from Euston - and perfectly located in one of the most interesting neighbourhoods in London. Our room was comfortable and well equipped with the added bonus of being at the rear of the building - hence exceptionally quiet. The staff? Absolutely fabulous - from check-in to doormen! We ate in the restaurant and had late drinks in the bar on Saturday night and despite being promised a DJ who didn't show up, the atmosphere was vibey with great cocktails to boot! We'd definitely book again.

+ Incredibly friendly and obliging staff. Extended my check out courtesy of the house, call the elevator for you, welcome you with a smile every time. Way to go! + modern decoration + very comfortable bed and pillows + beautifully decorated bathroom + incredibly nice lobby area to sit, chill, relax, spend time or have some good food.

+ Airco is difficult to regulate. + no yogurt option for breakfast + you hear some creaks and thuds here and there throughout the night

Cozy lobby, no queues at reception, friendly personnel. OK location. Kind of hipster-style area, with graffiti’s around. I was using Liverpool station which is 15 min walking from hotel.

Everything is dark, I lacked light in my room. No make-up mirror, no slipper. The hotel was selling only leather sleepers. Furniture looked a bit dated, but maybe it’s the style.

Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Angelica and Angelika along with everyone else were fabulous. The lobby had a great atmosphere with a nice amount of people around enjoying coffee and more. Rooftop was super nice although I did not have a chance to stay and order any food or drinks…so have an excuse to return :)

It’s just a preference but I like a firmer bed… but it would not put me off staying again as the room was great.
