They guided us through the various attractions we wanted to visit, helped us manage our time effectively, and highlighted special events happening in London during our visit. Their attention to detail and personalized recommendations made our experience truly memorable.

The beds were noticeably small, which may not be ideal for those seeking more spacious sleeping arrangements.

The design is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose a loft or higher, the bathrooms usually have showers and toilets, the lighting is great, and the beds are comfortable.

I didn't like that I asked for a room with an e-bidet/shower toilet and picked the room category that had it, but it wasn't provided. Unfortunately, my schedule was pretty busy, so I couldn't ask for a room change. But it would have been great if they had responded to my request from the beginning, as always.

The isolation between rooms are not that great, I can hear other people when they are a little loud and if someone is snoring. I expected to get an upgrade or a discount for somone who stays for 7 days, but I didn't, nor I got a future offer if I decided to come back.

Just a bit pricey, it was a hot few days, rooms were comfortable and cool but the corridors were hot, not sure if they could do anything about it because of the age of the building, more a comment really.

The hotel is beautiful, simple, elegant. Fun lobby with pool table and lively activity, but not loud or obnoxious in any way. Classy. The staff was very accommodating and the manager really helped me out and showed grace in a misunderstanding. He was able to refund a charge that was unexpected. The rooms also very nice, with lots of room and attention to detail.

There was a slight glitch when we first checked in. Bookings.com had conflicting information as to the room description. We booked a Deluxe Queen guest room. Bookings listed the size of the bed as King - turns out it was a Queen. The Editions hotel upgraded us to a king room - even though they did not have too. Fabulous service!!! Make sure you check all info with the hotel - don't rely on info received from Bookings.com.

I loved the location, the overall design, the staff, the atmosphere, and especially the E-Bidet/Shower Toilet/Japanese Toilet.

The price, the E-Bidet/Shower-Toilet/Japanese Toilet aren't available in all types of rooms (I need to get a high-tiered room to get it, which doesn't help the price), and it's not classified as a "Genius" hotel, so my booking.com discount isn't recognized by the hotel.

The staff were so attentive and this was the epitome of a 5 star hotel. The facilities are excellent, rooms and generous and so quiet. The space is spectacular. The team went above and beyond for my wife's birthday and she was so happy with everything.
