All of the staff are so kind. From the Bar to reception, they were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable. Air-conditioned rooms, which was so nice to walk into after a long day of walking. The location is very good. I stayed for one night and while trying to make the best of my time in London and do shopping and sightseeing. It was easy to pop back to the hotel for a quick change or to leave bags behind I wish I could have stayed longer.

The doors were very heavy which for someone like me isn’t too much of a problem but for someone more impaired it may be. But other than that, that is my only complaint.

Room - provided what I expected i.e. comfortable beds (love a mattress topper) tv, coffee & tea facilities, good shower and above all it was clean. Staff - lovely and friendly and we got a call from reception, shortly after reaching our room, just checking that all was ok. I've never experienced that before and I was impressed. Staff in restaurant - lovely and when I asked if there were any vegetarian sausages, (because there were none in the buffet) they took the time and trouble to cook 2 veggie sausages especially for me. I was amazed that they bothered to do that. And I believe it was one of the chefs (or one of the kitchen helpers) who I spoke to, who bothered to cook those vegetarian sausages. Over and above customer service.

A couple of areas needed painting/maintenance e.g. the bathroom skirtings, but overall, it was in good order.

The foyer was well presented with friendly staff. Bonus is we could leave our luggage, free of charge, after we checked out to continue exploring London for the day and collect later. Water available on arrival and in the rooms provided sparkling water free of charge. The room was well equipped with iron and ironing board too. We stayed in their standard room as we weren't planning on spending much time there.

The floor boards in room 525 were squeaky in every part of the room. It wasn't a big deal for us, as we were using the room purely to sleep and get ready there but could be beneficial to the hotel to know this.

Nice spacious room. Hot shower. Location was excellent for exploring Central London. Breakfast was tasty, but a few of the hot items weren't replaced quickly enough. We had a problem with our bathroom door lock. Maintenance fixed it within 10 minutes.

An annoying car or motorbike could be heard revving it's engine late at night. He/She drove around the area, so the noise was a bother, on and off, for nearly 2 hours, which affected sleep. This happened on the Thursday and Friday nights, in particular.

Really great breakfast. Plenty of options and the coffee, fruit salad and sausages were especially nice. Location perfect for my meetings at the Connaught Rooms (5 mins walk). Central but quiet. Nice dark room and comfy ved- I slept very well Nice toiletries

I couldn't open the windows. I had to ask for an extra duvet as there was no blanket in the room and it was quite cold. My towel rail wasn't working at first, but they came and fixed it quickly. Would've liked biscuits on the tea tray (more than bottled water) Rather grumpy kitchen staff who when I asked for a new serving spoon said that's not his job, I should speak to the manager. Not a very good attitude to have in hospitality.

I have tried to find one reason to mark this hotel down and simply cannot find one. Stayed for two nights midweek for a business trip and the hotel was amazing. Perfect location in the middle of both Tottenham Court Road and Holburn underground stations. Arrived, and they had given me and my colleague a free room upgrade to an room and it was wonderful. Huge bed, large room, great views of the city, shower was one of the best I've had! Complimentary tea, coffee. Bottled water in the room and even a Nespresso machine. The breakfast in the morning was cooked fresh and the choice was great, lots to choose from. The hotel was immaculate, felt like luxury. Staff very helpful and friendly. I will be staying here everything I come to London now. Thank you!

The location is excellent for the British Museum. The closest Tube station is not too far. The room was kept very clean. It is a no-frills location that is very practical. There is a good grocery store not far away. There are interesting restaurants in the area, especially Turkish, Chinese, and Indian (which we liked). The staff were helpful.

There was a major bus stop right in front so there was a lot of noise from the street. The shower is in a bathtub which has high sides that are difficult for people with limited mobility. The rooms are not spacious, so it was difficult to find a place to unpack suitcases other than on the bed. There was no one except a receptionist to help us get our luggage up about 10 steps at the entrance.

location was great, lots on the area, close to othe locations and easy access to the tube. clean hotel areas and really friendly staff

the breakfast was nice but over priced for what it was. we did get this on te day, and i imagine it may have been a bit cheaper if we had precooked with the booking of the room. but overall I don't think justifiable at £18.50 for a buffet Also the beds in the rooms were on wheels, so they moved really easily when sitting on them, just very annoying. But the beds themselves were really comfy

Location ,welcoming staff ,excellent breakfast and evening meals , cleanliness, just an all round brilliant hotel that suited our needs perfectly

Just being a bit picky but dining room was rather cold at times we felt too much air con. The green no room clean is a good idea but, I have stayed twice this year hung out the sticker the evening before ,but my room number was not on the list in reception, staff were amazing and still gave us the voucher, maybe this needs to be done when checking in and reception let housekeeping know then reception would have it on the system just a thought 😊
