Stayed at the hotel for a week while touring around. Location was great for all our trips as we used the M6 a lot. The rooms were fantastic. Had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and showering facilities had shower cream and shampoo provided. Rooms serviced everyday. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We loved it. Had the choice of contentinal or cooked along with other items. Staff were very friendly. Security at the hotel is great because your key card is used to gain access to the hotel so no one else can get in. Only downside was that one of the staff members came in early in the morning with his motorbike and left it running outside our room. He then moved to evening shifts and left late at night with his motorbike left running for a period of time. On both occasions we were woken up each time.

The room was clean and tidy and had what we needed, the staff were friendly and accommodating to our request for extra tea/coffee/sugar for the room. There was a lift and also free parking and close to leisure facilities All the staff we encountered were so friendly and chatty, I would stay here again

the towel rail did not heat up at all, but really not a big issue as the weather was warm, bathroom door didn't stay open and made it difficult to use the hand sink, the speaker from Starbucks drive through is very loud for the 1st floor front facing rooms breakfast was great however the top ups for food took so long we had finished before it was brought out. the casting feature on the tv needs work as it doesn't stay signed in

Gareth on reception was very friendly and welcoming. He was very informative too. In fact all of the staff that were on duty throughout our stay were absolutely lovely.

Our room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The dressing table was covered with hairs and had a sticky substance on it. The toilet had 2 hair grips in the bottom of the bowl, which someone hadn't been bothered to remove. There was thick dust on the frame of the sofa bed, next to/below where I lay.my head.

The property is in a great location. Very close to Coventry, Nuneaton etc. can’t fault.

I stayed with my two children and although we had a good time there I think it’s important to note that one of the staff at breakfast was being very vocal, stressing around not just me but the rest of the clients staying here complaining about it being busy and she needed help. I’m not to upset about her finding the job overwhelming, I’m more concerned that she was working on her own and clearly needed the help. Please do more for your staff, cutting costs just puts pressure which is unnecessary.

I grew up near Nuneaton so know the area very well , the reason for the visit was visiting family , Bedworth which is just a couple of miles away is convenient for the motorways the M6, M1 & M40

The weather was quite hot & humid while in the hotel.but they had no Air conditioning although they did provide a fan , when I stayed at other Holiday Inn Expresses in Stratford London & Poole they did have Air conditioning.

Excellent location for our needs. Good parking. A very nice little bar area which was located alongside reception was attended by reception/bar staff. During our visit we were attended by Conrad who was polite, pleasant and courteous. As a smoker, I was pleased to find a well posted smoking area which didn’t make me uncomfortable, although a bench to sit at, and a weather screen would have been acceptable too?

We travel around a lot! Comparing the price we paid for our stay to SOME hotels, this was most pleasant and we couldn’t fault it, to be honest!

We had some trouble getting disney plus on the tv but went and seen the staff to see if they could help.they came up straight away to the room and helped us to can't it on our tv through our phone which was very helpful plus the breakfast was really good too.was very comfortable much better than the Premier inn 😀 👍 so would always stay here at the holiday inn from now on

Wasn't keen on the scrambled egg but my partner made up for it as she loved it.plus there's not a shop near by where I could buy cheap sandwiches and snacks to take to work with me 😐 but there was plenty of places to eat in the evening s plus the odeon was cool 😎

Good location with close by amenities.

Had to pay a £50 deposit in case I smoked or damaged the room or ran up a bar bill. Money will be back in my account apparently in 3 days. Not told about this prior to booking. If I booked direct with Holiday Inn this would not have been taken. Not ideal and would not have booked if I had known this. Had the option of a twin or double bed asked for double but got a twin single bed. Not ideal again and would not have booked if this was the case. Should be clear on booking form. Hotel food was overpriced so eat else where. Breakfast ok but not the best

Very convenient for trips into the NEC - about a 25 minute drive away. We have stayed here before. Rather than pay the OTT prices and struggle for car parking space at any of the NEC hotels, we have found it far easier to stay here and drive in. The rooms are comfortable, the location is quiet enough (even with the window open), and there's ample parking. The self serve breakfast is excellent. We will be staying here again.

Nothing really. The room was quite hot, and we needed to get a fan from reception. No aircon. But with the fan it was fine.

Room was good. There was no noise. Breakfast was good. Adequate space and good number of sockets

No fridge as was available in same hotel in Scotland. Wanted a double room with my husband but got a twin bed. One of the staff during breakfast was a bit rude and left me standing, waiting to serve myself as she wanted to change the spoons for the scrambled egg and baked beans due to build up of little spillage here and there. I felt she could have brought a replacement which was in the cupboard right under the table or allowed me to serve myself before clearing to kitchen whilst I waited till she returned and put out new spoons
