Easy to find, with gorgeous surroundings and views from rooms. Lots of parking. Friendly staff who were really helpful with local knowledge of good places to eat and tried very to solve our car charging issue. The bar was comfy with a good selection of drinks. The balcony sliding door was a lovely addition. Breakfast had a excellent choice and quality, really liked the yogurt bar and cooked breakfast options.
The room was tidy but showed signs of wear and tear. The chair faux leather was peeling badly and the shower head needed a really good clean. Speaking of the shower, it was set far to low (we aren't the tallest of people) that required ducking and was set to scorching and unable to adjust. Could do with with more electric charging points as only had 2.

Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, and beds were lovely. Breakfast was a really lovely buffet style breakfast. Grounds were pretty, staff were friendly and professional. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.
The only gripe on this one occasion is that there was a huge event on with loads of guests, and while they had their own function room for their event, they all packed out the bar area making it difficult to order and eat food, and the courtyard doors didn't open, so it was boiling hot. If the guests not attending the event could have had our own space away from the crowds, that would have been far better.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and everything was clean, the area seemed quiet and we didn’t hear any noise at night from outside or from other rooms. The breakfast was good and there was lots of choice. Overall I’m happy with the stay and I think it was good value for money, the hotel is also fairly close to Leamington centre (a short bus ride away).
We had some small minor issues, for example the bath didn’t drain properly, so when showering the bottom would fill up with water and take a while to drain out. The room was quite warm, and we were woken up early in the morning when the radiators came on automatically, as they were a bit noisy.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here: the staff were all lovely and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the public spaces were well maintained. We enjoyed both the bar and the restaurant, and it was convenient having a free place to park in the Leamington Spa area. The accommodation is on a fast bus line and for those happy to walk, it is not particularly far from the town centre. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The staff were lovely, breakfast you couldn't fault room was clean apart from the odd cobweb but that's fine
There were conferences on and it was a dull day so thought we would go in the games room but one of the meeting were in there for there meeting and even sat on conference calls in the communal areas which made us feel we had to chill in our rooms. No hot chocolate in rooms and I don't drink tea or coffee which was OK in the day as snack station I could get a hot chocolate but the machines were turned off at around 5

Variety of food was superb. Staff, from front of house, catering, maintenance, housekeeping and beyond, were very helpful, pleasant and friendly.
The menu to decipher allergens was a little complex - for me personally, it would have been easier to read about the allergens next to the food rather than on a chart menu away from the food. BUT, the team were brilliant at telling me what was suitable for me so it wasn't a huge issue.

We use the hotel often as it is a convenient halfway point for us when visiting family the Midlands. The hotel was very quiet due to a large event having finished that day and every one had checked out. We were greeted by a very nice lady called Patricia who was most helpful. Despite the restaurant being closed she organised dinner for us both. The bar manager, Cain was also very helpful and friendly. The food was cooked for us to order and was excellent. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall an excellent stay for us and we will be back in May . Well done guys!
Everything was excellent. So no complaints to make.

Staff in reception have been excellent during check in like and checking out! very helpful and supported with my request. Room good size, warm. Comfortable bed, good choices of pillows. Big desk to continue work. Good lighting. Nice dinner, fresh. Very quiet rooms
Wifi super poor. i could not even get one bar of wifi. Dinner- served something else then on the menu was written. Ordered; Soup of the day and HOMEMADE FOCACCIA .. I have received soup and one tiny slice of the baguette and two slices of the butter ( butter would not even fit on that tiny little one slice of baguette). When asked regarding the bread, only was said: " we provide what we receive from the bakery" .. no apologies..

The staff were very friendly, in particular the lady on reception when we arrived & checked out and the manager of the bar & restaurant who was very helpful and made sure we had a lovely evening in the hotel. The veggie curry (the homemade lime pickle was delicious!) & steak were very tasty and we were then treated to an enormous cheese board and even given vouchers for a free drink as an apology for there only being one type of biscuit available to have with our cheese - such a nice thing to do. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great location surrounded by woodland. Really nice rooms in the north wing. Gym is open really late!
Would like to see the coffee machines on for guests as it feels like you’re not welcome as a guest as they only put them on for conferences, it would add that personal touch to the stay! The signs in the gym changing still say spa, however the last few times this has been shut, I’m guessing permanently?
