Superb hospitality exceeding my expectations. First things first, hotel staff were so welcoming and kind to us from reception to housekeeping, everyone. Glad to choose Crowne Plaza for our anniversary and it was our first time here. Rooms are perfect, spacious, clean having so much attention to details with super comfortable beds, nice view, robust air conditioning. Reception is very responsive event in the middle of the night. There is room service 7/24. Wide range of SPA options having clean, modern facilities with a proper sized, spacious, warm pool. That was a real bonus for us. Breakfast was just right having every kind of need focusing on quality of the goods rather than quantity. Long story short, Crowne Plaza is an iconic luxury hotel in Belgrade and we will be back again.

Tried hard to find what we didn't like, but there is nothing to mention. We were so satisfied with prior matters during our stay.

So friendly staff, so clean hotel, in amazing place near to everything, even the hotel was full but still you can’t hear any noises from other rooms, for me its one of the top hotels in Serbia, also there was a woman working in reception and she was super friendly, i just love it.

Nothing but there was a small problem in my room window that was broken and i know in fact that if i asked them, they will help me and maybe change the whole room but i didn’t bother to ask them haha

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel five months apart. And there have been significant service improvements since April 2023 Or maybe this was just related to the room we got. It was on the 6th floor with a backyard window view. The room was after renovation: new beds, new towels, freshly painted walls in the room, and carpet on the floor. Although bathrobes were old, with torn pockets. Bathroom - still unrepaired, condition 7 out of 10. The reception staff are very much friendly. The breakfast buffet costs 20 euro per person.

1) The huge minus of the hotel is smoking in the bar, which is basically part of the lobby, although there was no smell of tobacco in the room. 2) There are no shops near the hotel to buy water. I had to purchase "golden water" in the hotel bar, although the room service provided small bottled water daily. 3) The hair drier didn't work. They brought us another one, which also did not work properly.

The breakfast was really great. The hotel itself is clean and comfy.

I had two different reservations: via business account and personal. I've asked in advance by email and then at the reception if everything is ok and I can stay in the same room continuously. But still, there was an issue when the business trip ended. Fortunately, I stayed in the same room, which was lucky. Also, different receptionists work differently with city tax. Please provide clear instructions.

The location was perfect for us. The facilities were great, especially the pool and the surrounding area. Breakfast was okay, but there is room for improvement.

The gym could benefit from some renovations. A few pieces of equipment were not working properly, and the cleanliness could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Good location, super comfy bed and generally speaking the room was spotless clean. Dine-in service menu was really tasty

Asked for the room service to be placed on the checkout bill and was treated as if I was not going to pay the bill at the checkout despite the fact of having prepaid the room. It's the first I experienced something like this. I found the parking a bit pricy

I didn’t linked the inflexibility of booking.com because I did the reservation as a group and after that I couldn’t change the booking of any individual, so next time I don’t think I will use booking any more for a group trip

Very big and modern hotel, well equipped and very modern. Very good breakfast and very helpful staff. Good rooms, excellent views on Belgrade.

The airco in the room did not cool the room enough (it was hot outside). The warm water from the bathroom tap only worked as of 6 am. The store in the hotel closes at 5 pm which is rather early.

Baby bed! It is really unbeliavable that a hotel like this has a baby bed like from a nazi concentration camp or a zoo at best. Ofcourse, baby didnt want to sleep in metal bed with flat wooden floor (very thin matress, inadequate for sure) and sheets that were improvised (danger of sufocation). Transferable baby bed woul have been just fine (worth 50-70 eur).
