The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were very attentive. My room also had a lovely view of the city and greenery.

At this hotel when you check in you have to pay a fee in addition to the accommodation fee for services that you may or may not use. For instance eating in the restaurants, room service or laundry service. This additional fee is refunded at the end of your stay, but may take between 7 and 14 days to come through according to reception. For me, staying three nights, I was charged an additional 600 Singapore dollars. At the end of my stay I had used approximately 450 dollars of services and will get a refund of 150. I would still stay at this hotel as it is so lovely but I was surprised when the initial charge was made upon check in, as it didn’t come up in any of the reviews.

The key ingredient to good hospitality is good staff and in the case of the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore the staff were superb in every way. Attentive, kind, helpful, friendly, it was a pleasure to engage with them. From first contact upon arriving by taxi to the final wave goodbye, flawless. The hotel decor is elegant and tasteful, timelessly elegant. Our rooms were large and well appointed. The pools are an oasis of relaxation. Every restaurant we frequented served delicious, high quality fare at a fair price. It was a pleasure to stay at the Singapore Four Seasons. If you are looking for a quiet, elegant, luxury hotel, I doubt you will do better.

Proactive and accommodating staff, especially at front door. Granted a late checkout with no quibbles.

Room is cluttered, over-furnished, and thus seems smaller than it should. Not the best site for shopping in Orchard or taking the MTR. There is a subway entrance very close, but getting from that entrance to the actual trains is a labyrinthine journey, not helped by Singapore’s proclivity for utterly unhelpful signage and place-name confusion.

Staff went above and beyond for our 40th wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a view, there was a personal message from housekeeping and a celebratory cake as well as other treats in our room on arrival. The room was decorated with beautiful swans and rose petals on the bed and in the bath. We were blown away when the restaurant staff had organised another anniversary dessert and presented us with a card that each restaurant staff member had personally signed.

The rooms were lovely as you would expect from a Four Seasons. We had a family room and it was very spacious and well equipped, the cleaning and turndown service were excellent. The two pools are nice with good quality loungers. The gym is the best hotel gym I have used anyway in the world, it is outstanding. The staff at the hotel are exceptional, on arrival my daughter received not one but two cakes and balloons in our room for her 13th birthday which was very nice and lovely surprise. In terms of location, the hotel is on a quiet street 200 metres from a metro entrance and only 400 metres from several malls. Overall a very good hotel.

The prices for drinks are very high, I guess what you expect at a Four Seasons in Singapore but you can't help feeling they are ripping people off because they can get away with it.

The staff was polite, punctual and professional. The room was clean. The room service was really meticulous (they even tidied my phone charger). The doormen were nice. My special request was considered and well noted.

The snacks in the room are ridiculously priced. (I can afford them but they weren't worth it). The bathroom did not have a loofah+ i hate wooden toothbrushes. The location was not the best.

Great staff, fantastic hotel and the location was great, close to all the main shopping malls in Orchard street. The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was outstanding. We arrived earlier than the check-in time window but they checked us in without any extra charges or delays as our room was available and ready.

Everything was great, can't find anything negative to say honestly.

Very good location - not far from the city center, all places in Singapore are accessible by metro (the Orchard metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel). Nice, sunny and wide room. Breakfast was simply amazing. We really enjoyed the offer of executive lounge on the 3rd floor with calm place for work and snacks and drinks during the day. Highly professional staff. Thanks for everything, we felt like at home.

Firstly all the staff were absolutely lovely and kind. They helped us a lot. Location of the hotel was perfect close to all the shopping and restaurants. Room was always clean and organized Room was a great size and had everything a guest needs. Everything was easy and pleasant.
