Carlos and the baggage staffs are very accomodating and made my family's stay memorable.

The operator in the hotel phone. Wani was very rude and was not accomodating. No compassion. I was injured due to some knee issues. We called the operator and Wani answered. We requested for ice since my knee was swollen. Unfortunately, instead of helping she rudely tell us to just go down by ourselves and get the ice despite me telling her that I have a swollen knee. The operator was not helpful and lacks customer service skills. She ruined our stay and leaves a very bad experience for me.

Friendly staff are always ready to help answer your questions and provide information about where to visit and how you can get there. Room's cleaned every day, and all the amenities are available 24/7. A good location as transport links are within easy walking distance. Snacks and drinks are available from vending machines, and a microwave is provided for use by guests. Laundry facilities are available for use by guests, though a bit pricey but still a bonus, and again is available 24/7. There is a very good restaurant on the premises and also a convenience store also which is open 24/7 and offers a wide range of products. Overall, very good services provided.

We didn't use the buffet, but a 7/11 next door supplied a good selection of choices. Having said that we aren't foodies and a sandwich suffices for lunch, feedback from family members was the buffet was good.

The handbasin in the room rather than in the bathroom wasn't to our liking, as the door to the bathroom had to be handled before being able to wash your hands, otherwise the toilet and shower was excellent. The room was very large and the bed was a King plus size (huge) Room cleaning service was only on stays longer than 3 days, which we didn't find a problem, as there was plenty of self serve cupboards in the hallways for top up, bin liners, tissues etc

The location was very convenient. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was reasonably priced. The bar was also good, and with the guest discount was cheaper than many other local bars. The room was comfortable.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, so we didn't have it on at night, making the room a little hot. The hot water was unreliable at times, so we had some lukewarm or cold showers.

This is our third visit to this hotel and we tend to book club so that we get the opportunity to enjoy drinks and nibbles in the waterfall lounge between 6 and 8 pm

This time we stayed in the club courtyard rooms - wonderful in that it had direct access to the swimming pool but this meant that the room was very damp from not having a sealed environment. We would not choose this room again.

The hotel is very close to train and bus stations and there is a 7 Eleven next door. Our family room was very spacious. We had the Executive Lounge deal which provided 2 hours each night in the Waterfall Lounge for free drinks and food between 6pm and 8pm which was great! Our kids are teenagers but there is a fantastic kids play area and pool for younger families.

We ordered room service on the first night and the food was not that good but the Indonesian Restaurant in the hotel was great.

Furama RiverFront has an excellent location. We thought it was far from the subway. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway, which has a direct line to the Garden by the Bay. So, it was perfect! A convenience store is next to the hotel, where you can buy a simple breakfast and coffee. The hotel staff are friendly!

There was a minor understanding that the hotel didn't fulfill. I asked for adjoined rooms for my relatives, but they couldn't accommodate me. The breakfast price was costly. However, Singapore is a hawker culture. Eating at the Food Center anywhere in Singapore is always delicious, clean, and affordable.

I really enjoyed the location it was close to everything, and we didn’t need to take a single cab, only to go to the airport. We walked everywhere, and the convenience of being in such a prime spot made the stay exceptional, so I’d give it a 10/10 for location. There were plenty of food options nearby, including Tiong Bah, just a 10-minute walk away. The room was like a shoe box very long and small but served its purpose, providing a comfortable place to sleep. The pool was spacious, and for me, the location was what truly made this place special.

While the location of Furama River Front was fantastic and the staff were mostly exceptional, there was one staff member who was quite demanding, and his service didn’t meet the same standard as the others—though I wish I had gotten his name. The room itself is very small, but it does its job—providing a basic space to sleep and shower.

Location, room size, shower, pool. Access to tea and coffee was good, room cleaned and beds changed every 3 days, we were there for 10 nights. Staff were helpful, pool was clean, towels were free. Handy 7-11 next door. Short walk to Mrt and riverfront bars. Shopping centre less than a 10 min walk away. Check in and out was simple and straightforward.

Rooms need a refresh, but didn't bother us, bar shut at 9.30, wtf? We were room only so can't comment on food. Service at the bar was a little hit and miss. Air condition was good but noisy. No local info in room, a local area guide would have been good. If we had not done our due diligence we wouldn't have known how to get to nearest Mrt, although I'm sure if we had to ask, we would have been told. Staff were great.

Location: Excellent location, close to MRT Havelock. On average I would spend about $6 per day to travel to numerous attractions around Singapore. Take exit 5 from MRT Havelock and walk about 300 metres to hotel. Didn't use taxi during a week stay in Singapore. Breakfast: Breakfast was the best! I really enjoyed the variety of foods available. A variety of western food, baked goods, Indian, Chinese, Japanese foods, made all the difference in the mornings not having to worry how I am going to start my day. Room: The bed was King size and very comfortable.

Didn't like that the hairdryer was installed in a drawer.
